Zero stars is more like it. Left us stranded at the airport. They admitted they made a mistake and their response was "what do you expect me to do about it, we have no one to pick you up right now" not what you want to hear after a long flight home that was confirmed the morning of the flight.

Watch out! Their posted prices do not include add-ons for "tolls and gas" -- as though those items were unexpected extras rather than ordinary and necessary expenses associated with the trips. It amounts to a "bait and switch" that I find offensive. They should list their full prices, including tolls and gas . . . and they should not charge for tolls when driving north from SFO to Marin, as there is no toll going that direction.

Booked for a 5 AM pickup. Called at 5:20 when no one showed up, they said driver would be 15 mins late. Driver is still not here. Customer service got upset when I expressed frustration at the 30+ min delay. Said we paid for service and not for it to be on time. Our driver arrived at 535, for a business that relies on punctuality, I would not recommend.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with our services. We apologize for the drivers delay. When Jennifer booked the reservation we provided her with a time-frame on the drivers arrival time. Unfortunately, sometimes things don't always go as planned. We plan ahead and always give a buffer time. Even though the driver was late the drop off time was still 2 hours prior to your domestic flight, which should still give you plenty of time before your flight departure. Once more, my sincerest apologies for the additional stress and headache. At MSN Door to Door we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We have done the Airporter, Airport Express, Park and Fly, Stay and Fly, and driven down ourselves and parked at locations around the airport. MSN is a much better way of doing it!! The experience was the best from making the reservation to actually getting to the airport. Punctual, friendly, professional, and a very safe and relaxing drive from out house to the delivery right at our airline's door. We look forward to our return trip and will not hesitate to use MSN in the future! I have no reservations to recommend MSN to anyone.
