The worst place ever don't buy anything from this scammers they sold me a bad dryer from day one I brought it the first week I bought it cuz it would not warm or dryer what so ever he said it was a loose cable fixed it I took it home 3 weeks later it brakes again I take it back cuz it does not want to turn on now I call him and tell him what's going on and he says I broke it cuz he tested it before I took it and it worked so he is say I have a ban plug I lived here 11 years had a used dryer same spot never had an issue till it gave out so that is when the chaos started with this scammers and now they don't want to back there guarantee when it's still under there 60 day guarantee.

I bought a dryer from here a few months ago. It didn't work as soon as it was installed. I asked them to come back and check on it because you get a 60-day warranty with all appliances. They said they would come to my home and check but they never came. Very rude when I called back and refused to come to my home. So the 60-day warranty doesn't exist in my opinion. I wanted to support a local business but buyer beware.

I purchased a washer and dryer from this company. The washing machine came with a moldy door gasket. He said if there's anything wrong with the machine he'd come out anytime. The 2nd time we called him he keeps ignoring my calls and messages. Not only is it making noise and a burn smell is coming out of it! I know it's used but only lasted 3 months! Terrible service!!Buyer beware. Do not buy anything from these place.

I bought a fridge back in September. Hooked it up and it was leaking like crazy from the bottom. After asking for someone to come out for a week I finally got a response. He came out and tried a fix that didn't work, so he had to order a new part. Two weeks later he finally came out and replaced the part and gave me an extended 6 month warranty. Hooked it all up again water pressure was extremely poor and the ice maker wasn't working. Reached out to let him know and he said he would come back out to look at it. It's been 2.5 months and he's just ignoring all communication at this point. Definitely frustrated. I've been patient and understanding with this business but was under the impression I purchased a fully functioning fridge and still, 3 months later don't have one and can't get a response from the owner.

Good quality used appliances, at very affordable prices ! All appliances come with great warranty, good honest service. Thank you guys !

Recently I had to purchase a used refrigerator. I went to MTZ and had the best experience I could want. They answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed to make a decision so I bought it that day. I am very happy with my purchase and feel confident with their warranty. Bought a washer 5 months ago and went in to look around their store. If your on a budget this is a good place. Bought washer and dryer set for $240 and $20 delivery. The owner gave us good and honest service. They delivered and installed with 60 days parts warranty which was a bonus.
