They're rather quick even when they got a line of cars for the day. There was probably 3-4 cars ahead of me and I was still in and out within 2 hours. I went in for a resonator delete for my 2023 WRX and it only cost me $135, my cars resonator is really small so the loudness difference was negligible but i'm definitely going back for a muffler delete.

Over the decades, I have been to many muffler shops. This one was recommended by a friend in Sacramento, which is 90 miles from my house and well worth the drive. The shop, the front desk, and the tech fabricators are all top-notch. They are very informative, and I was interested in a certain sound and low back pressure. My G35 has always had a factory exhaust tone I did not like, and I was looking for a deep muscle sound tone. With their recommendation, it sounded incredible, and the work was as perfect as it could be. I am a pipefitter and very familiar with how pipe bending and welding and installation should look. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for knowledge, experienced and perfection in their installation. Rutger

You know why i didn't want to tell you my actual name? It's not because i was lying about this SHIT work that you stand behind. Because there is no trust anymore.
The owner has tried to fix this, but that isn't the issue. He essentially called me a liar when I provided a bank statement with a charge from Muffler Tech. The offer of redoing the work is useless. It stated above i needed more work done. I provided my name, which i wasn't going to since I have no trust in this company. I provided it because since he thinks I'm lying about it. This is probably how they treat any customer that doesn't need an expensive job done. This is the real truth. This is not a misunderstanding, I never go to any kind of shop is I could do the work myself, which I have, this is the only shop I've ever gone to for outside help. Through private messaging I have offered to rectify this issue and add an additional O2 bung at no charge. Bboyairrick initially responded but went dark when I asked for the name that would be in our system so I could find the original receipt. We 100% stand behind our work and if there is valid proof that this was done at our shop we will take care of it no questions asked.
As a reply to the updated review, I am disappointed that this has created so much trouble for Bboyairrick. It’s unfortunate that we messed up so bad that one transaction caused so much mistrust that a second shot or the even sharing a name was not acceptable. Furthermore it’s had enough impact that over 3 years later it’s still has so much impact on Bboyairick that he feels the need to continue to be defamatory. As far as calling someone a liar, that is not what happened. We do by protocol do our diligence when someone on the internet makes accusations without a real name or even a courtesy phone call. I assure you, if you’re a legitimate customer and you’re genuinely dissatisfied with our work, we will make it right. We may or may not have made a mistake, either way I was and still am happy to redo it for free.Feb 18, 2021Previous reviewA few months ago I had them weld a bung on my downpipe for a wideband 02 sensor. It looks like if I tried to do it. Reason I'm doing this review is I need another bung welded on my car. If you need a simple welding job done go somewhere else. Cost was really high for a 20 minute job at most. $65

I needed a new catalytic converter and muffler on my car and they really delivered.
The techs were really nice people and treated me with respect and honesty. It's always cool to go into a place and have them compliment my car. I've got a '85 VW GTI which is rare but for them it was an easy job. For rare cars or luxury cars or your daily beater I'd recommend this place. It's first come first serve and they had my stuff done within an hour or so. They even took the time to take me into the shop and let me listen to my car with a different muffler on it.
So, here are my pros:
- quality products at the normal cost
- high quality installation
- very reasonable rates
- service requested completely exceeded my expectations

Initially had some communication issues with the quote and how long I'd be expected to wait for work to be done on the first truck I brought them, but the work they did was great, so I considered them again for work to be done on another truck.
Colby made it right, taking the extra step to provide me his personal cell number, to make sure there were no lapses in communication and get what I was looking for.
An appointment was made on short notice, and when I arrived, a service bay was already available waiting for me. They started work immediately, and it only took an hour to swap out my muffler, finishing the job with some extra custom tubing and beautiful welds. To top it off, I was given a courtesy discount to make amends for my previous experience.

Hi Yelpers, I’ve reached out to Jeff P. via direct message over a month ago about this review. I was able to find his invoice in our system from about a year ago. I accept responsibility for the miscommunication here 100%. Jeff if you see this response or the message I sent you please contact us so we can set you up for resonator deletes at no charge or any other reasonable solution that makes sense. I strive for the best service and we usually nail it, when we don’t I want to do what I can to make it right. Thanks for the heads up Jeff.
Nov 29, 2023Previous reviewThey did a good job on the muffler install. Welds look clean. Took them no more than maybe 20min to get it done, but I was waiting there for 5 hours, and the shop didn't look overbooked. Also, I was quoted $300 to do a resonator delete and install a Super 44 muffler on the truck. They recommended I not remove the resonators (two), but to drive around for a week or so to see if the sound is satisfactory. If not, I could come back and get the resonators removed. So I agreed. However, when the work was completed and I went to pay, they said it would be $175 PER RESONATOR to remove when I came back.
They did less work for the same price, and then wanted to get more money out of me. Dudes, a resonator delete is just cutting out the old equipment and welding in a straight pipe. So, $175 per resonator? That's a bit crookish, especially when that work was supposed to be done under the original quote of $300, which you still insisted on charging w/o having done the work.
The stars given are on behalf of the shop workers cutting and welding. The rest of my experience made me question the integrity of the business, as if I were going thru a back alley to get an organ transplant by a quack doctor in a shed.
