Muir Pool Works!! We can't say enough about how incredible their service was from start to finish!

We decided that we want our pool to be heated starting this year since the last two years has been difficult to fully utilize the pool. The pool was not warming up enough for the kids to get in - only on those 90s and over 100 degree days during the summer. We completed a pool heating equipment quote through Yelp with a few simple questions about the project. The quote went out to multiple businesses in the Sacramento area. A few local businesses responded fairly quickly. We requested for estimates from a few companies after reviewing their Yelp reviews. Our initial request was a gas heating system since the pool already has a gas line built in when the pool was built in.

We had a few companies do estimates on the work and provided their quotes. Muir Pool Works really stood out for us. Justin was responsive and scheduled time to come out soon after. He made the process easy and the communication was great since I was in the Bay Area and couldn't be onsite. He met with my brother in person for the estimate. He went above and beyond and provided us with three heating options - gas, electric, and solar. I didn't initially think of solar since we had the gas line. But after his recommendation and the price, solar was the no brainer option.

We end up waiting to do the solar work in May since we decided to replace the fences instead. I circled back with Justin when we were ready and he got us in within a couple of weeks. His team came out and completed the work in one day - amazing! They were detailed and did a great job. Justin met me onsite the weekend after to go over the maintenance and how to operate the solar panel. He was thorough and broke it down easily for me to understand. He went above and beyond - again, and noticed there were some cracks in the cleaning hose and fixed the hoses while he was onsite.

Called and made an appointment to have our pool solar system troubleshooted and repaired. Had appointment, and waited, waited, still waiting. No response, no calls.

Muir Pool installed solar for us 2 years ago. We are so happy with the level of service, dedication and end result. Justin was efficient and meticulous installing the solar panels. Incredibly affordable compared to other companies! We are able to extend our outdoor living by a few months in the year.

Muir Pool Works replaced 10 old solar pool heating panels at my home in Walnut Creek. They were easy to book an appointment with, they arrived on time, their work was exemplary, they cleaned up everything and were fast and efficient. Their charges were very reasonable and their panels are high quality. I cant say enough good about them. They are a small business and deserve your consideration.

Arrived on time, very knowledgeable. Couldn't fix our problem (wasn't fixable) but was very honest and friendly and gave us great advice.

Justin picked up the phone even though he was going out of town and was able to give me a quote in 3 minutes of conversation. His price is very reasonable. I decided to call him to install a solar pool heater when the pool builder finishes their job

Justin and his team are fantastic! Initially I called him out to help me with my pool control system; he made a few small adjustments and walked me through the control system but refused to take any money for the repairs. Called him back out when I was ready to upgrade the control system and we added solar heaters at the same time. Now I can manage my spa, water features and lights right from my phone. Plus I get a couple extra months of usage with the warmer water! I highly recommend Muir Pool Works.
