But the service is terrible. Everything here takes 3 times longer than at any other cleaner. Longer to drop off, longer to pick up, longer to clean. It's all supposed to be computerized and no cash for more efficient service but the reality is that the system often backfires because the computer is down, or the person behind it doesn't know how to use it or where your clothes are.
On top of this the prices are insane - more than twice what any other cleaners charges for the same task. Even if they were doing everything right, you'd have to question the value, but when the clothes are days late or they don't know where they are, it's absurd.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

My 85 year old mom went to pick up her wash and fold and dry cleaning in the rain - they helped her bring it to her car while double parked - but then made her come back in to make a second payment and so she just left because people were honking.
