Dec 15, 2015Previous reviewThis place is very professional and I trust them 100%. I love the email notifications, and they do a great job when it comes to dry cleaning. The quality of their work is great, and I am very thankful that they are close to where I live. The fact they are tech savy is a huge plus with their app. Thank you soo much for doing a great job, and wish more cleaners were likes this one in the city. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Another huge plus is that this place is opened on Sundays which is rare in San Francisco. They really go up and beyond when it comes to catering for the customer.

If you provide your contact info for pickup they will spam you with email, and their unsubscribe link will take you to their garment pickup page, it will NOT unsubscribe you.
Auto sub-subscribing you to their spam service is already bad enough!
And if you need to contact them by phone. Just FORGET IT! They have an active number but the studiously ignore it.
There are so many businesses that actually want your business.

As if she doesn't believe me. I have spend hundreds of dollars with less than positive performance as a dry cleaner but the delivery is convenient. The customer service is not worth it.

Cathy T.San Francisco, CA0111Aug 16, 2024I had paid for a tailor of a red linen dress, with a slit. The dress was sent to this location. On June 21, the staff called me to ask how I wanted my dress tailored. I gave specific instructions to cut the slit to where the safety pin was located on the dress. A week later, the tailor cut my dress in half. After multiple phone calls with the manager, I received no response and my voicemails were never returned. The dress was $300 dollars and the tailor was more than $50 dollars. It's August 16 and there is still no resolution. Will not be visiting this place again.

When you sign up for email notifications there a lot of sales, discounts and good cleaning info for sharing.
I really like that they have complementary dog treats and coffee
They also do a great job with alterations.
