Locked out 2x in a week despite paying up. Complained and owner became petty and told me im trespassing and asked me to leave in the middle of a workout. Its all their fault because they fail repeatedly to deal with basic requests like updating a card on file, and repeatedly screw up on the computer system. The owner insists on not having staff and putting his personal number but he never is available and becomes irate if you "bother" him

Gym is small and ill equipped. Very hot and smells bad. Never any staff there in case of problems like beings locked out. Cant get ahold of owner during normal business hours and constantly acts like he is being bothered if you report broken equipment or anything

Fitness SF is better anyway. I was going to keep both but the owner of this gym doesn't reciprocate loyalty

Go here if you wanna get locked out randomly and repeatedly and belittled for making perfectly reasonable complaints. Im sure he will reply here claiming i am the problem but fyi all i did was say "im sick of this" and i think anyone would be after repeatedly getting locked out despite paying $125 a month. i see people having issues with getting locked out basically every day. The owner is aware but choses to not staff his gym or switch software systems

The floor uses foam tiles so when you try to wheel the benches around they become dislodged and jam and create hazards. The owner makes rash decisions like putting 100lb dumbbells on a rack not suitable for such heavy weights so they fall on your feet, he is too stubborn and gets overly defensive if you try to point out any issue, and tries to deflect (its always the members or the staffs fault, never takes responsibility or ownership)

Cool little gym with everything you need for a good workout. 24hr access and super low membership fee. The staff is helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and the equipment is updated. Family style small business that really deserve thu support these days.

Immaculate Vibes!! This was my first time back to the gym since the Covid shelter in place and I have to say I was filled with nostalgia in all the best ways. The gym has gotten even better than before. There is a large variety of equipment, and multiple pieces of the more frequently used stuff. The gym had nice new flooring and multiple stations of cleaning products to keep the gym sanitary. The music was on point so I didn't even need my headphones. I never had to wait to use anything, Left the gym and caught a beautiful view of OB, what more could you ask for. I really love this gym!!

Just like the other reviews on here, this gym is awesome. It's compact, has everything you need, all the equipment is in great condition, great location close to the beach. Street parking is fairly easy if you drove. And people are friendly in the gym which is always nice. :)

Love this place! I come here whenever I visit SF and I feel right at home. The vibe is chill, friendly, and welcoming. They have everything you need, plenty of squat racks, rigs, functional fitness and cardio equipment.

An amazing and clean gym! I haven't been to the gym in a year due to Covid, and once I got vaccinated, I wanted to choose a gym that was clean and that took Covid-19 seriously. There are Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, and towels offered for all of the members. The staff members are also regularly cleaning down equipment as well. This has been my favorite gym I have been to so far in SF.

It's a chill small gym, but it has what I need. The location and hours are unbeatable. I love coming here to warm up before walking over to Kelly's Cove to surf.

This gym is uh...well..not so good! It has basic equipment and it's old and...not very stimulating compared to all the other gyms. I stayed for maybe 45 minutes. I did all the basic things you do at a basic gym. It is unadorned. It is going through ownership change. There were like 3-4 different ppl in the gym other than me. There was a man I talked to who preferred this gym and said he liked it, but I can't figure out why a man who had all the choices to make for gym membership would choose this one. I used this gym with ClassPass. It's near Ocean Beach and it's ok.

I've been coming here for about a year and really appreciate the selection of equipment this smaller gym offers. The owner really seems to care about the quality of equipment and cleanliness of the place. $200 a month for my wife and I are well worth it.
