Must Have Movers was the best experience we could ask for! Timely, organized, flexible, fast without rushing and easy to communicate with. Chingiz and his team of 4 did an excellent job. I would hire them again and recommend them without question. The price was very reasonable compared with other quotes. Thanks for making this move run smooth!

We had a complicated move (narrow driveway on hill, small cabin, planters, a GT245 tractor, and two stories). The scheduled arrival time was 2-4pm. I received a call about 1 hour before Chingiz, Bulat, and Daniyal show up.

They were really great about checking everything out first, and clarifying the starting time. They were kind about asking things, and shrink wrapped us right up. They disassembled our furniture quickly, and were efficient and steady.

There was a bit of miscommunication: when I spoke to Karina to schedule the move, I asked for a mattress bag, but actually it ended up getting shrink wrap, which was fine. We were indeed given the use of a couple of wardrobe boxes just for the move.

At our destination, the guys were great about making sure everything was where we wanted it. We also had a container (Zippy Shell), and needed help moving stuff from inside the container into the house. Bulat got our GT245 out of their truck (wow!) and Chingiz and Daniyal performed amazing feats of strength unloading a heavy packed bureau from our container.

The guys were so good natured about our intense move. We could see all of them chipping in ideas to make things fit in the truck, how best to move things, and checking to make sure we had things where we wanted. They're not very chatty, and were very efficient.

Chingiz, Daniyal, and Bulat made a very scary (for me) move, into an efficient job and we appreciate them so much. I get very stressed out with moves, and they really made me feel so much better. I think they could tell- I would offer to help with sometime totally random, and they would politely assure me they were handling it, it's okay! We are so impressed by their energy and can-do attitude. We would totally use them again if we're moving! Thank you guys so much! :)

I've been holding off writing this review to see if this company was going to make things right with my refrigerator that was damaged by their movers on July 7. I was told that they would replace the part but as of now, that has not happened nor do I have an ETA as to when it will. Depending on that outcome, my rating my change.

Additionally, the main mover was incredibly rude. The most rude mover I have ever interacted with. This company has a superfluous amount of pre-moving requirements and the move was quite a bit more stressful as a result. We were very surprised since we choose this company based on its yelp reviews.

I'm editing my review because Alan took it upon himself to order the part for my fridge that was damaged in the move. I greatly appreciate this.

Great service! Team was punctual and maintained good communication throughout the process.

I moved 30 min away from a 970 sq.ft. condo (first floor) to a 1,200 sq.ft. 2-story house. Total time was 5.5 hours.

The owner's attitude could improve. This only applies to the less than 1 minute phone conversation I had. She was not welcoming, and she sounded and spoke like she didn't care, or needed any business. Sorry, I called!!! If you cannot be pleasant on the phone, why would I or anyone ever consider using your business.

Used them to move ~25 mins away. Was my first time using movers and it was life changing. Packed up and moved my 1 bd 1 ba ADU within 2-3 hrs. They were both super friendly and hard working. Made moving super easy and great price point.

So this was my first time using Yelp for a project and I must say it worked out perfectly. I filled out the questionnaire and within minutes I was receiving quotes and inquiries from several companies. After a bit of filtering to my needs and the answers to a few questions, I went with Must Have Movers.
They showed up on time, sized up the job, and finished 1 minute shy of 3 hours.
The ability to pay and sign via tablet made for a seamless experience as there was no need for papers with carbon copy. The rates are very competitive and were right up my alley. I did most of the packing myself, I'm just past the days of offering pizza and beer for movers. This was fast and efficient and I am thankful to have picked this team.

Diego and Danny were amazing. Got all my bins, boxes, furniture up to my 2nd floor apartment in a heartbeat! Thank you so much! I will definitely use Must Have Movers again! Thank you again!

David and team did a great job. Furniture was blanket wrapped and they worked hard. They went above and beyond getting a large piece up a ridiculously narrow steep stairwell with a corner.
Overall very happy with their performance and price.

I have used this company for two moves now and they are amazing! This time i had Luis and David and they were so efficient and nice!
