Definitely two thumbs up. My family and I had an excellent experience with My Medical Ride transport service. We had a hard time finding a gurney ride for my mom over Highway 17 on short notice, but Mike and Sam rose to the occasion and beyond. They squeezed us in, showing up on time and providing gentle, caring, and friendly service. My mom was comfortable and relaxed throughout the trip. What's more, they were flexible and patient at transfer time which we much appreciated. Then they were just as awesome on the ride home some days later. Mike and Sam were amazing. My experience with them was easy from start to finish. They had were great with communication, able to answer all of my questions and concerns, and were kind, professional, responsible, helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. All I had to do was provide their contact information to the nurses and they took care of all the details. Sam arrived right when I was ready to go, even though I was running later than expected. They accommodated my last-minute request and provide a valuable service to those who need a ride home from surgery. I will be using them again and would definitely recommend them to others. Our family had an exceptional experience with My Medical. They were easy to make the appointment with (even calling on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday morning appointment), the team was communicative and on time, and the whole process was very safe and professional.

Best of all, they were kind, gentle, and empathetic to our family throughout the whole experience. They took my mom to a doctor's appointment, and she needed to be transported by gurney. This could easily have been a bit scary and traumatic, but they put all of us at ease instantly. When the appointment ran significantly later than we expected, they were patient and understanding (and nice to chat with as well).

Throughout the experience, I really appreciated the human touch to it all, as well as the excellent service. I will 100% call them again and would highly recommend them.

We met Sam when my father was discharged and needed transportation home. We call My Medical Ride Transit Services for all of his transportation needs. Sam and Mike have provided excellent service. They are punctual and excellent communicators. Most of all, they provide peace of mind.

Run. Needed a ride from St. Mary's. Any car was OK. Quoted $75, billed $175. He sub contracts to an Uber driver who has no related qualifications. Th cab fare is $16.50. Been a while since I've been this ripped off :(

Mike is a trustworthy and reliable driver, he makes a person like myself who has health issues feels comfortable and safe while taking regular rides to and from dialysis 3 days a week. #grateful

I had a catastrophic accident a couple of weeks ago. It's going to be awhile before I'm out of the wheelchair. Getting to medical appts for follow-up is really challenging, especially navigating the 13 steps into the house. My first experience with a different service was a bit of a nightmare so I was nervous....but My Medical (Mike and Sam) was very professional: on time, gentle, friendly. Bonus - they also have a great sense of humor and after what I've been through I needed a laugh. We've hired them again to transport me to my upcoming appt. Thanks guys!
