John and his crew do top notch installs and their prices are fair - I've gone to them for all my automotive and glass tinting needs for all my cars for over a decade now.

I'd recommend this shop to anybody looking for services - they are enthusiasts themselves and have attention to detail and precision

It was an amazing experience for a first-time guest like myself to come into their shop. They finished my tints in 3 hours! Ella worked at the front desk/receptionist and was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. John and his team did an excellent job tinting my car. Getting to know John a little bit and his very kind hospitality simply enhanced my experience. If you are unsure always ask and they could help you as they helped me. It was nice working with them and I would come back in the future.

We needed to bring in our dash cam to figure out why it's not working

We had to email the staff a couple of times until we got a quote

But when we finally had our appointment the staff were helpful and friendly

They were able to diagnose the issue and give us a call right away and offer solutions for install a new dash cam in 1.5 hours

The women sitting at the desk was rude and unprofessional. She quoted me one thing over the phone and when I got there the price changed. Then when she called her manager, he made her waive a charge. She got really defensive and rude after hearing the charge was waived. She did not hire a baby sitter and brought her 3 year old kid to work. Today, the shop owner called me for saying words to her about her performance. The owner sided up with his bad attitude employee and told me to bring my car in so he can take his parts off and offer me a full refund he used the f word and profanity This place needs to learn a thing or two about customer service and professionalism. This is definitely not a place to get work done on your car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !

I have known John and Ella at NMotion Auto for a few years now. Since the day NMotion Auto was located on Lougheed Hwy. I have bought numerous auto electronics and had a couple of my vehicles serviced here. I am extremely satisfied and happy customer at NMotion Auto. John and his team are top notch and excellent individuals to deal with. There products and service are extremely competitive and very fair. If you ask me what is the one negative thing about NMotion Auto... John is a straight shooter and tells the fact the way it is despite if you want to hear it or not. In my opinion this honesty is rare and hard to come by. Wha's next... I'm getting a LED fog lamp installed on my 2015 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid! Gulp!! $600 + TAX. In essence a good price! Since other places charges so much higher! John saves customers the cost of parts by going directly to the manufacturer. What can I say? Thank you so very much John, Ella and Eric. I will certainly be bringing my car to NMotion Auto for a long time to come!! Much appreciated. :)

Just stopped by to check out headlight options (halogen to led). Was greeted warmly and promptly. Shown my options with no pressure tactics. Was able to fit me in right away. Drove away happy with the product and the price. Kudos all around.

Excellent and prompt service. I forgot to mention reliable. I had a drone mobile installation couple of years ago. From time to time I had to ask for their assistance to perform regular maintenance. Their response and scheduling was immediate. Their work ethics is impeccable.

I received a set of LED lights for my 2017 F-150 from my brother for Christmas. He mentioned he had bought them at NMotion, so I figured why not have them installed there as well?

I booked an appointment, dropped off my truck and 30 minutes later I receive a call from them stating that LED's won't work in my truck because apparently there isn't enough clearance for them to fit. My brother told them the exact make and model of my truck before purchasing the LED's and was assured they were the correct ones for my VERY common 2017 F-150. I mentioned this to the guy who called and he said that there is never a guarntee that their products will be compatible with certain vehicles. Really? Then why are you selling products that you can't guarantee will work? Imagine if Lordco did that!

So next he proceeds to tell me that LED's are not compatiable with my truck at all and that I have no choice but to go with HID lights. I asked him how much that would cost compared to the $120 I was prepared to spend to have the LED's installed. He quotes me $360 all in minus the refund of approximately $117 for the LED's that were already purchased. I reluctantly agree at this point because of my frustration and just wanting to get this whole situation over with.

I go to pick up my truck and when it comes time to pay, he tells me that I owe $290. Now, I'm no math wizard but the quoted price of $360 all in minus the refund for the LED's at $117 equals $243. At this point he tells me that he said $360 not including tax which was complete bull because I specifically asked that on the phone before deciding to move forward with the HID's. Anyhow, I reluctantly pay the bill and drive home. After getting home I look at the invoice and the refund that was applied towards the owing balance was only $99. So basically he did not include the extra $17 or so that my brother initially paid in tax when he bought the LED's.

The whole experience was a nightmare. I felt as if I was being taken for a ride. I highly recommend NOT having any work done to your vehicle here. Terrible customer service and shady business practices. I'd give zero stars if i could.

The owner immediately contacted me and offered a full refund if I was willing to bring in my truck and have everything un-installed. I declined.

I had a great experience. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The tint I got on my windows looks like the manufacturer performed the work. I will definitely go back for more work in the future.

These guys are phenom! I had a backup camera installed a year ago and it was under warranty when the camera failed. I brought it back to them and they happily replaced the camera at no cost and with zero complaints. Just because you have a warranty doesn't mean the company will honour it or be professional in doing so. It all comes down to the character of the people you're dealing with and at NMotion they are the stellar. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Ella and John's service is the best I've seen. I'll be back and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!
