Naomi Pham - Narcissus

Literally just left the salon with a smile on my face and now writing this review.
Recently moved back in to the area and Needed a hair cut as I hadn't been able to keep up with self care/ maintenance since having back to back kids. Looked far and wide for a local salon and reached out to Naomi. She has a quick turnaround for messaging and inquiries and I was able to get a weekend appointment (within 2 days of my inquiry). We scheduled, she texted me with confirmation appointment. The location is a shared salon space and it's convenient, right on first street above one house bakery (I'm not sure if there's an elevator). Went in for 11am appt and she was ready for me, no wait time even though I believe she had another client who was having coloring done. She had me sit and we talked about what I wanted for my hair. She walked me over to the hair wash station and I Got a nice head massage while getting my hair washed, nice conversation during my appointment, and she did exactly what I wanted. Cut off 5 inches and long layers all around. Love the outcome of my hair: itis nice, soft, and bouncy again. Will be back again and will definitely share her information with friends and family. Quick response and I got what I wanted. She was nice and I loved my hair. Price was fair and she did an amazing job. Before and after pics below, will be coming back. Clean and quiet area. Since she moves fast she will pull your hair when drying it.

Asked for magenta/red color and cover my grey/silver roots. Naomi and Susan delivered!!! The salon is clean, relaxed and chill vibe. What I love about coming here is the efficiency of the stylists. My hair was exactly what I asked for and very vibrant. I got many compliments with my hair. I was impressed with the speed in which these ladies work without sacrificing quality!! I have a ton of hair and it's very coarse and difficult to manage. I have spent HOURS to a WHOLE DAY at other salons for mid to poor quality work, but when these ladies are working they cut the time in half. There are few people I trust to do my hair and Naomi and Susan are top of my list.

Thank you Naomi for bringing life to my hair! I'm very satisfied on how it turned out. She is very personable and easy to talk to. You're the best!

This review is long overdue. I have been coming to Naomi since 2020 to get my hair done/toned as well as haircuts. She does a really great job and is very detailed. She is also really responsive and always fits me in right away. She also sends updates if there is an earlier opening for whatever reason. Naomi is always honest and tells you whether what you are looking for is achievable and how many sessions will be required for lightening, etc. Every time she does my hair I always get tons of compliments. While in the salon I have seen many people with gorgeous end results for her other clients. Naomi is very kind and easy to talk to and I definitely recommend her for all your hair stylist needs.

This was my first time going to Naomi and I'm so happy with the service. She responded to my request within minutes and booked my appointment that same week. I absolutely love my balayage. Top left is the before picture and the other 2 are the after pictures.

Amazing work done! I searched high and low for a good quality salon last minute, as I had botched my hair with an at home bright red hair dye and I wanted to get it back to natural. The ladies here did a tremendous job- my hair is healthier than ever and still looks amazing 2 months later !

After moving into a new area, I needed to find a new hairstylist and I'm so glad that I had found Naomi. She was easy to reach out to and we communicated through text after messaging through Yelp. She was able to fit me in her schedule within 2 days when I was expecting to wait at least a week! I was relieved. I love how she did my hair. I showed her a picture and she was able to replicate it so well. She even gave me advice in how to style my hair. I wanted something new so it was a little intimidating but after she was finished, I was so relieved and smiling!

I'm in love with it. I can't wait to see her again. :)

I had seen Naomi for a root touch up back in August. At that appointment, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my haircolor in the future and she said it was a balayage and she was able to do it. So we set an appt for the balayage on 9/29.

The balayage appt turned out to be a disaster. The end result was nothing like the picture I brought in. As soon as she removed the towel, I told her it's way too dark & didn't look like a balayage. She insisted that it was going to get lighter after a few washes, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt .

Two weeks later it was still way too dark and still looked nothing like the inspiration photo. I finally just had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. (See attached photos)

Side note: My pants were also damaged with bleach but Naomi did reimburse me for that.
