Napa Luxury Coach

I used Napa Luxury Coach for a wine tour this past weekend to celebrate my 50th birthday. Our driver, Marco M., was amazing!! He was on time, professional, friendly and a sincerely warm person. I have used car services many times; and often the drivers are robotic and just there to get the job done. Marco added a human element to the experience. We all really liked him, so much so, we took a couple photos with him to memorialize the experience.

We had an incredible day in Napa guided by Marco! We toured Napa in style with a knowledgeable host who offered great lunch recommendations and scenic spots for photo. Marco offered many memorable stories and explanations of a Napa valley wine making. Even with unplanned stops, we were early for each reservation and Marco was ready to pick us up right away. We highly recommend Napa Luxury Coach and we will definitely request Marco for our next Napa Valley adventure!!

If you're planning a birthday or any type of celebration in Napa and need a luxury limo then I highly recommend this place. From the beginning through phone conversations with Alex the experience was very professional. Alex was super knowledgeable not only of the area, but helpful with what we were looking for as a group deciding on the best wineries. He made planning easy and seamless.
Sasha our driver was absolutely wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about our limo driver. He was there on time and ready to take pics for us and pour champagne. He was kind and funny and we enjoyed having him as our driver!

Marco was awesome. We had the best day of our lives. I couldn't recommend anything else. Marco was top notch! Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

We booked this because we had a girls weekend in Napa ! Let me tell you Marco was absolutely amazing !!! He was always available via text we had some time gaps in between our tastings and he made all our time valuable . From getting us into chateau Montelena for pictures to getting us a tasting at silver oak this man literally did so much above and beyond for us . He offered to get us lunch and had waters available each time we came back from our tastings . We bought a bottle of white wine did not finish it and he took it upon himself to put it in the cooler so thoughtful!!!! Literally these are all the little things but he did so much more and was just a great insightful driver . Please don't hesitate to book your tour with him you will not regret it at all ! Worth every single $ spent and more

Marco was such a wonderful driver and host for us last weekend. We went to st. helena for my birthday and he was so friendly, courteous, waited for us at each place when the timing ran over, and brought us to an extra food stop on the way home for dinner. He made us feel so taken care of and I would highly recommend for anyone who's looking for a great day and driver! Such a nice limo with water & champagne too, so fun!

I would have used Napa Luxury Coach if they had not been so unprofessional when I spoke to them about trying to schedule my reservation. Their website was contradictory and allowed me enter a booking request online for a service that they do not provide. The person who called me was extremely rude about it. If it wasn't an option, their website should not allow it to even be entered as a booking request. Regardless, speaking like that to a customer is not a way to garner business. Had the person been polite, the misunderstanding could have been easily cleared up and we could have booked something that worked. But their tone and attitude was so off putting that we decided to go with another company. "Luxury" means superior customer service from start to finish.

Alex & Max have been fantastic. I hit Alex up last minute to plan 3 days of wine tours for my husband and me on our honeymoon, he got straight to work and put together an awesome itinerary! Kept us in the loop of anything going long or if there was a complication but really just made it easy on us. We told him a few places we wanted to go and otherwise let him make recommendations. So glad we did! Max was our driver and very accommodating...highly recommend this team for your driving needs, you'll find all the hidden gems letting them take care of your itinerary.
