Napa Self Service Car Wash

Great little diy car wash. Ron always made it fun and entertaining when he was there. Will continue to go because of the convenience of it being so close. On very rare occasions maybe a vacuum won't work but it's no big deal. They are also very good on keeping everything stocked up in machines as well as always keeping the trashes emptied.

I thought 5 minutes for 5 dollars was a good deal. I made sure to wash my car for 4 minutes and 55 seconds and pressed the 'end' button before it hit 5. Low and behold I was charged 10 dollars. Do not go here, complete scam. I will be disputing the charge.

Yes, this is an old carwash, but all I needed was to wash off the couple of weeks of dust that had accumulated since my last detail. $3/4 min was enough for me to soap my vehicle and rinse. They take cash, coins and dollars, debit and credit. I didn't use the vacuum so I can't comment on how it functions.
Based on my experience today, I would go back and recommend if this is what you are looking for.

The brushes are old and once my car was rinsed off you could still see streaks. Waste of money and over priced at a dollar a minute

Great customer service! I had a problem with one of the hoses and management sent a letter and a refund! Very rare these days to find good customer service. I will continue to give them my business!

5 stars for customer service. I cleaned my car and accidentally vacuumed one of my USB drive. I called them up and left a message. Someone got back to me the next day and we set up an appointment for 4 pm yesterday 6/7/16 to look for it. I forgot to go but by 4:45 PM i got a call to let me know they found it so I went I picked it up. Thank you for following up and for your prompt service.

I went to wash off some of the ash and built up soot off my car due to the fires currently in/around town, and when I went to vacuum out the front seat I realized to late that my son had thrown my car key up front! Long story short.. the vacuum sucked by only car key up! I called the provided number, than the emergency number. The gentleman who answered the number was extremely pleasant didn't seem bothered at all by my stupid mistake and sent someone out to help me all within 10 minutes of it happening! Not only did I get my key back within 15 minutes, but the gentleman he sent out, Carwash Ron, was extremely friendly and chatted with me for awhile! All while it's hard to breathe out and it was 730!!

I was using this car was fairly regular until they decided to "update" and installed card readers instead of tokens or quarters. The first time I used it over almost $12 was charged to my account. I was shocked but thought maybe I used it for longer than I thought originally. Then I used it again the other day, no soap, cold water, and they charged my account $10.01 AND a separate charge for $20. Then they corrected their mistake by removing the charge for $10.01, leaving the charge for $20 for a cold, soap free carwash! I will not use this establishment again and highly recommend against it.

The VacuumS here are horrible, I made the mistake of coming back again and it's always the same thing , my home Vacuum has way more suction then these industrial ones. I think they purposely do this so it takes longer to vacuum your car and you spend more money.

This place is a dump and I swear the clock moves at 2x the rate it should. Prices are super high as well.
