Gulten, our driver, arrived right on time and was very accommodating and patient with our rowdy group of 15.

Limo/bus was very clean and extremely comfortable. Will definitely use Napa Shuttle & Limousines again.

If the service while you are in the Shuttle or Limousine is like the driving skills and people skills when you call them, I wouldn't waste my money. Driver pulls out into traffic that is doing anywhere from 35 to 45 mph coming down off a hill then proceeds to get into the left lane with no single and nearly runs a truck off the road, called the company to inform them that there drives need better driving skills and was told goodbye and was hung up on...apparently they don't like to be told how they are doing...I wouldn't get in a vehicle with this company if you paid me. Not very hospitable for a company in the hospitality business!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! We booked a limo for my mom's birthday and 30 mins before they said the limo ac/power wasn't working. They subbed in a bus that was not what we expected nor liked! They ruined my moms birthday celebration and even yelled at her while she was trying to explain that we were not happy with their services! Rude and not professional! Do not make the same mistake we did and do not book with this limo company!!

Bait & Switch Practice:

I was quoted for a stretch limousine to take my family to Napa Valley on Oct 17th, 2021 and instead was sent a "Ford transit non luxury shuttle" without prior notice. The driver claimed he had only been dispatched that same morning before our 8am pickup and said I would have to resolve the dispute with management after our trip, so I documented the hourly rate dispute directly on the invoice the driver asked me to sign.

After our trip, I called and left message to speak with management, stating a need to adjust the hourly rate quoted for a stretch limousine due to the unplanned vehicle change to a non luxury van. Two weeks later, without returning my call, they billed my credit card for additional time used at the disputed hourly stretch limousine rate.

I called to discuss the disputed additional fee and asked Tanya to speak with a manager and instead got an email response from their manager Bobby falsely claiming that they sent email confirmation of a vehicle change in advance and also falsely claiming this was the first time they were hearing that the vehicle was wrong.

Bobby quoted their policy to send confirmations in-advance, but refused to produce evidence they had done so, and threatened to report me to the "PUC" if I dispute their charges. I could not be more disappointed and they clearly demonstrate no interest in resolving service or billing errors.

True Elegance Worldwide dba Napa Shuttle & Limousines' business practices are unethical.

I booked this company for my bachelorette party and a day after my booking was completed, and 5 days before my party, I got an email that my reservation was cancelled.

I called and a very angry man started screaming at me when I was explaining how big of an issue this was. He then hung up on me while I was explaining how inconvenient and random this cancellation was.

The people who run this company are unhinged, unreliable, untrustworthy and worst of all - out of control and completely disrespectful. They do not care about your event or anything of the sort, they are heartless and extremely vile.

Used airport shuttle and driving service. Driver Ronald and everyone I spoke with via phone and email was amazing. 5 stars.

Worst Limo experience.... AND worst Customer Service. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

We paid $655 for a Mercedes Sprinter Limo for a party of 8. We get in to the limo and find out the AC is broken! The driver pulls over and tries to fix it and then calls in to the company to let them know and get a replacement. He drops us off at first winery and then picks us up after. ITS THE SAME LIMO with broken AC. The temp is over 85 Degrees inside so we are all sweating like crazy!
The driver says he can't switch it out and all we can do is call and ask for a refund. I still tip the driver $200 because it wasn't his fault. HOWEVER, I have called the company 6 times and have been told there are no managers or supervisors to speak to and they will have one call me back in 2-5 days.. it's been 2 months now and 6 phone calls with NO CALL BACK AT ALL and NO TYPE OF REFUND !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!!

If given the option between taking a ride from this company or having to walk 100 miles in inclement weather...I would chose to walk. Worst company and even worst costumer service!!

We use the service purposes for a wedding in Calistoga and they did a great job the coach was beautiful they were on time they were easy to work with and I highly recommend them for ground transportation while in the valley.

I was looking for a limo for my sisters 30th birthday and came across this yelp page. I'm glad I did. They were so helpful over the phone. Service was excellent! Our driver Nicolas was very respectful and friendly. He was on time to pick us up. I would highly recommend this company for your limo needs! We got the Mercedes sprinter limousine, it was perfect for our group of girls! It was clean and well equipped!
