I've had NVP for about 2 years. I switched from a bigger company to NVP. I had my old tank removed and NVP flawlessly removed my tank which was on a very steep incline behind a fence. They really know what they are doing. Delivery was always spot on for me. I did the keep full service.

I recently moved out and ended up renting my place out. There was a little bit of an issue, but major shout out to Tiffani for fixing it. I'm incredibly impressed by their commitment to stand by their word and their customers. Could really not recommend more. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. She was so nice too! What more can you ask for?!

My usual spot to buy propane refused to fill my three tanks because it was drizzling. Along with their ridiculous $5 per gallon price I was done with them. I Googled propane and found that NVP was only ten miles away. They not only filled my tanks but were only $3 per gallon. Thanks for the great service...NVP is now my "go to" spot for propane!

I needed a refill for the non-standard propane tank that came with my old Weber grill, and was unsuccessful until I walked into Napa Valley Petroleum. Several team members immediately welcomed me with a friendly greeting, and went out of their way to understand my needs. They explained my options and helped me with a safe, short-term work around. Special thanks to Kirk who checked with product vendors regarding long-term solutions, and got back to me within 24 hours. Such professional service was unexpected, and greatly appreciated. So, if you need a propane tank refill, or any other propane or related service, put these guys at the top of your list. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a new provider of LPG for my rural property. Having taken the bait from two other providers only to find out that they basically lied to me about price fluctuation. Their claim to raise prices with market cost was a total sham/lie!
I finally lucked out and talked with Raul at NVP. He assured me with his charm and with the story of how he became one of the owners of this company that they do follow the market spot prices and normally you will not see more than maybe $.25 increase in winter. I told him I would take a chance on him. Raul, along with another member of his team came out, bought back the propane left in the current tank and set me up. Here I am 7 years later and still a happy customer of NVP. YES, you heard it right....HAPPY customer. Raul is a rock star and can be trusted. Do yourself a favor...and make the change and don't fall for your current provider telling you they will discount your next tank if you stay.....mine tried...too little too late and to many lies!!!!
