Napa Valley Vacuum & Sewing

After checking out Target's lousy selection of vacuums that all looked like they'd be in the e-waste pile within a few months, we decided to look here.

The owner (sorry, I'm bad with names) was the one working and within ten minutes, he'd recommended a vacuum based on our needs and budget. Never once did I feel pressured to buy a more expensive unit and there were no upsells or anything like that.

He was super friendly, clearly knew his stuff, and sold us a Titan T3200 along with an additional box of vacuum bags. I did some research after getting home and Napa Valley Vacuum's pricing was competitive compared to online - there was no markup, and we got to support a local business.

The owner offered to assemble it for us for free, but we opted to just do it ourselves. The new vacuum works great, and seems well built. I don't doubt this will last a very long time.

As a bonus, we were told that the vacuum includes two free annual services and they'd even throw a new bag in at that time. How cool is that?

Overall, I'd give more than five stars if I could, and really appreciate this business. Highly recommended!

These guys know their vacuums! Truly old school, first class service. Really appreciate that they provide estimates for free - dropped off our vacuum at the end of the week, they let us know they'd call us by Tuesday with an estimate, and they did just that.

Unfortunately our vacuum wasn't worth repairing but they were kind enough to recycle it for us. Gave us some recommendations for our next vacuum, I just wish they offered a better warranty on the vacuums they sell.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable in their craft and are willing to give you an honest, down to earth answer about your old, broken vacuum.

I rented a Bissel commercial grade carpet cleaner from NVVS. They were professional, Knowledgeable, helpful, and the rental price was affordable/very reasonable. The commercial grade cleaner was amazing. They also repair sewing machines, lamps, and sharpen knives. Check it out!

In general I don't trust online purchases, but this one looked legit for replacement canister bags.
I was, uh, very pleasantly surprised to find my purchase at my doorstep three days later.
Terrific service, completely professional, perfect condition.
Would not hesitate to trust this business for my similarly needed online replacement parts/supplies.
Very few others have earned my respect.

Came there to look for the repair of my sewing machine. The guy is very nice and polite. He pointed out the problem and said it is possible to be repair. However, the minimum charge is app. $200 which is equivalent to the price of a new brand new machine, one I had. Thus, I opted not to repair it and created more waste.
Thus, I gave him 5 stars for his honesty.

I bought our new Miele white pet upright vacuum cleaner. I had only intended to go in and look but I ended up buying it after about 25 minutes. Leo is the weekend salesman and he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had comparing with another vacuum. He was patient as I sometimes asked the same thing a couple of times. Miele is expensive but you get what you pay for. He also made sure to let me know about the warranty and service options. Definently would go back. Thanks Leo!

If you have a kid, chances are that you have experienced that awful sound of something lodged in your vacuum or worse. This is the best place to take it to get fixed. This time it was bark, last time was dried play dough( in case anyone cares). Dave and his team are amazing! They also fix numerous items besides vacuums and sewing machines. The staff is more than willing to carry your machine to and from your car. Also you may get a loaner vacuum while yours is being fixed! That is superb customer service.
