Martin and his team did an amazing job on our backyard. Martin flawlessly executed our vision of creating a more modern landscape with areas to entertain as well as play with our dog. His team was efficient and respectful. Martin also gave us great recommendations along the way with plants and other design elements that we wouldn't have even thought of. He was also open and honest in regards to the cost to make sure we stayed within our budget.

I highly recommend Martin and his team and we have already referred him to some friends.

After four failed appointments with other gardeners/landscapers through personal recommendations and NextDoor - two of which didn't have the creative vision and couldn't recommend a design, one was a no show, and the fourth outright declined my budget of anything less than 100k (#%@k!!!). I was about given up and was just looking (begging) for anyone to come fix my overgrown mess of a backyard.

So I started researching on Yelp. I wanted a low maintenance (drought resistant plants) yet modern (clean lines) yard and came across Natura Gardeners. I had no expectations as I was exasperated at this point. However, at our initial meeting, Martin Diky was attentive to what I have to say and gave excellent suggestions. I wanted a small basketball court for my young son, with large pavers, planter boxes for aesthetics, and a safety gate as my ingress/egress is below grade. Martin respected my budget and worked it into the design proposal. His timing was perfect and he has the crew to accommodate the job.

Martin was always punctual and his people very professional. His attention to details was impressive as I watch my yard transformed from a wild mess to a beautiful landscape. The job was not inexpensive but the investment was well worth it. The finished product exceeded my expectations and is absolutely stunning. It truly matters who you work with, I am very grateful to have found Martin and his crew!

Martin and his team were an absolute dream to work with. After calls to landscapers with $80k minimums and gardeners that just seemed interested in picking pretty flowers, Martin transformed our overgrown dirt pit of a yard into a super chill, virtually maintenance free oasis.

He and his entire crew were efficient, on time and friendly. Even though he was booked solid he managed to squeeze us in and the results look amazing.

In less than a week Martin had cleared years of growth, built up a retaining wall, leveled the site, redid an old irrigation system, stained a fence, set up overhead lights and installed planters/trees. All on a super reasonable budget. These guys are the total package and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had drainage issues all around our house for years and the sub pumps didn't help and need to resolve it. We also had gophers that ripped up our front yard.

Martin went over options with us and took care of both issues. He also helped design our front and back yard and we've got some ideas from their previous projects on their website too.

Martin is very responsive even after our project was completed when we had questions and additional work we want to add.

Long overdue review from November 2020, but grateful to have come across Martin and his team. They efficiently executed a thoughtful design for our backyard. Our budget restricted the scope of work to mostly hardscaping (French drains, replacing various retaining walls/fencing/steps, concrete resurfacing, artificial grass) to begin with, but we were very pleased with the workmanship on these key elements to transform a previously unusable space into a clean, functional area for the kids and dogs.

Martin was great to work with. From our initial consultation, design finalization, scheduling, installation, and closeout, communication was always prompt and complete. He was transparent about costs, provided honest input on design elements and/or material selections with our modest budget in mind, attentive to details on execution, and responsive, whether he was on-site or not. We have recommended him to friends and hope he and his team will be available to transform our front yard in the near future.

We interviewed a few landscapers for our backyard landscaping before picking Martin based on his portfolio, price, and ability to prioritize one job at a time. We weren't disappointed and our backyard and frontyard landscaping looks amazing! Martin as well as his gardener, Daniel, were great to work with. His crew started on time, Martin was on site daily during the ~5 months project, he was very responsive, detail-oriented, and kept track of our various preferences along the way, and the job ultimately finished slightly above budget and earlier than scheduled. We appreciated that Martin was not shy about voicing his opinion and walking us back from some of our poorer selections. We were happy with the outcome of the backyard landscaping and expanded the scope of work to include frontyard landscaping. Martin had already accepted another large project by then but he returned in person to fit in the added work order and was patient about waiting for us to complete a survey and get buyin from neighbors before the additional smaller landscaping project could get started.

Martin and his team were recommended to us by our landscape designer and they did an amazing job. He was incredibly prompt with his replies in all phases (including an initial budget number that was super close to where we ended up), and did keep us posted along the way when we were going over budget so we could all discuss together. We did have a couple of very very small hiccups but that did not affect my overall rating, I would hire them again in a minute.

He managed to take our designer's vision and translate it into a gorgeous yard, and the job did include some big work (leveling a yard that had a terraces before, and carrying all equipment, elements and plants up three flights of stairs- we are in the city!) that he and his team performed without a problem. Well, at least not that they told us!

I contemplated landscaping our neglected front lawn and backyard for quite a few years and realized I didnt know much about landscaping at all. I had no clue what something like this would cost nor did I know exactly what I wanted to do design wise. I found Natura Gardeners (Martin Diky) on Yelp and decided to give them a call. All I could offer up was some general online photos of what I liked for taste level(modern and clean), and to let Martin know that we were lazy people and did not want anything high maintainence!
Our job was pretty extensive. We redid the entire front, sides of the house and the backyard. Martin installed 2 new fences, a yard gate and redid our concrete both in the front and back. Martin did such an outstanding job coming up with a creative way to refinish our concrete and designed a spectacular artistic look for both our driveway and backyard patio area. It far exceeded my expectations. We have gotten so many compliments from the neighborbors on how nice our landscaping looks. Martin and his crew were professional, communicative and easy to work with. Martin has a really keen sense of design and you can tell he takes great pride in his work and won't settle for anything mediocre.
I found Martin to be honest and a pleasure to work with. While taking on an endeavor like this is not an inexpensive venture, I found the results to be worth every penney. Everyday I drive up to my house and I can't believe how nice it looks now! Take a look at the before photos so you can see the miracle transformation. If you are looking for a landscaper do not hesitate to hire Martin!

Natura did an amazing job. We talked to three landscapers/designers before deciding to go with Martin and co. We talked to several more who would not undertake projects under certain budgets. Martin turned our previously unused and impractical backyard space (it was a graveyard of plants and a poop pit for our dog) and helped us arrive at a design that maximized our space and checked off all items on our wish list (play space, clean space for dog to do it's business, minimal maintanence, grill space, eating space, relatively child proof), while staying within our budget. The process was painless despite not the easiest access to the outside space, and stayed on schedule. Martin even helped us fix up odds and ends in the house. We are outside all the time now. He's functionally doubled our hang out space at home.

Martin Diky and his crew with Natura Gardeners were fantastic to work with. Martin is professional, honest, reliable and straight forward, which are highly valued when working with contractors. His crew had to access our home through our interior lower level, and he made sure to carefully cover and protect the inside from getting damaged. Martin and his crew were efficient and did great work from start to finish. We appreciated that even at the end with the last punch list items, he followed through in a timely manner. He helped us transform our overgrown backyard into a beautiful modern space that our family can enjoy year round within our budget. We highly recommend Natura Gardeners and would hire them again.
