Natural Arbor Care

I was calling around for estimates on getting my trees trimmed. Several different companies came out, stood on the sidewalk and looked at the trees I would like trimmed. They all then emailed their quotes.
Natural Arbor Care arrived on time for their appointment. He talked to me about each tree, touched each tree and explain how he believes in keeping the trees natural. We talked about what was best for the trees - trimming and fertilizer. He gave me the best quote.
I was very lucky that he had a crew in the area and my project was very small, so I received same day service. The 2 gentlemen who worked on my project, listen to me. They worked well as a team! They cleaned up everything beautiful. My 62 year old Holly tree and all my smaller trees were hand trimmed no machinery was used, just wonderful human talented arborists!!!

I needed my pine trees trimmed as they are looking so tall and heavy that they may be hazardous. Charlie and Charles came to give me an estimate. They were very polite and professional. They were very detailed in explaining how to trim the trees without over trimming or potentially killing the trees. Originally I wanted to cut off so much of this one tree that it would have killed my tree. I learned a lot about caring for trees from them.

Charlie and Charles were the 3rd tree trimming company that came to give estimate and gave me estimate on the spot. The other 2 companies that came out before them were fine (also polite and professional) and provided estimates within couple of days. I went with Charlie and Charles because they took the time to explain to me about the job and went beyond to educate me about tree trimming. They generally care about trees and respect the nature, and know how to do the job I want without damaging my trees. Very knowledgeable!

I originally wanted to trim 1-2 trees, and at the end I got 5 trees trimmed because I trusted they will do a great job. They trimmed, sprayed and nourished my trees and the outcome looks amazing! They even said to come back in 1 year to nourish my trees. Definitely recommend them!

I had a tree fall to one side (trunk & roots intact) after the last big storm. Charles came out, gave me an estimate, told me precisely what they'd be doing, etc. The estimate was very high, but because they use hand tools versus chainsaw pruning, I felt like it was worth it. And it needed to be staked.

Very expensive, but, this particular tree is a favorite of some really cool birds in my yard who will only eat under a canopy. Also, hummingbirds and bees come to it, so it was worth saving. They did an excellent job and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you!

We've had Natural Arbor Care (NAC) come to our home 3 times now: once to prune, once to remove trees, and once to plant new trees. Each time they have exceeded our expectations. I very rarely write yelp reviews, so when I do it is only for very, very good or very, very bad reviews. NAC is very, very good. The crew works extremely hard, are very polite, punctual, and competent, and cleaned up everything when done. Each time, they went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. I highly recommend NAC, and we are very satisfied customers.

Charles was not only quick to return my call, but I was lucky enough to have him do the job a few days later. I had in total 8 trees that needed trimming. Charles went through each tree with me to explain what he was going to do and how it would help the tree grow and look natural.

True to his word the trees look magnificent without looking butchered. It is truly artwork. The price was fair and I'm thrilled that I came across Charles. I will definitely be using he and his crew whenever I have any tree trimming needs.

Called these guys up, didn't get an answer initially. About an hour or so after I called, a woman called me back. I told her about the work I need done and she scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimate.

Chris came out the next day, so the one star is for that, unfortunately he wasn't very prompt getting me his estimate. About a week after his visit, I got the estimate and it was outstandingly high for what I wanted done (see my review on Ben Ruiz Tree & Landscaping Contractor for more details on the work). I was offered a 10% discount but that didn't do much to bringing the cost down, especially after what I did end up paying to have want I needed done.

I want to make sure everyone understand that Natural Arbor Care did NOT come to my house and do any work for me, so I have no idea how good or bad they might be at what they do. I do know that they are ridiculously overpriced and I would never ever hire them to do any work for me.

The best advice I can give anyone is shop around. Don't go with the first people to come out and throw you a number. Often times it's bullsh**, crazy high and you will find someone who will do the same job, exactly the same way, with the same guarantees, for a much more reasonable price.

Charlie Turner and his staff are very professional and a delight! Always dependable! He removed my tree in my front yard and replaced it with a better tree that didn't have roots growing out of control. This is important people! Your foundation and your yard will be happier for it. :)-

I have used Natural Arbor Care for the last 6 years and have been extremely satisfied. He prunes my fruit trees and cuts my other trees on a schedule. Love it! Thank you Charlie!!!

I needed serious pruning in my backyard. I contacted Natural Arbor Care. Charles came out the next day for the estimate. He was detailed and very informative of what needed to be done. I really liked the fact that they Prune and not just take a chain saw to the trees. The crew was out within 4 days to do the work. Outstanding job! My backyard looks alive again!

Guy is a bad actor. He talks a great game, very friendly and convincing but does worse than terrible job. Its get check and bail for him. He gets paid, then doesnt finish job and then argues with customer. I got taken for big ride very expensive. Dont use unless you want to be ripped off and get verbal promises and lousy results.

Charlie and crew are tree artists. All work done by hand. No chain saws. The tree looks natural after the trimming. This takes time and costs. If you have beautiful trees and care about them, this is your company. If you want them hacked go to the other guys. I have a forest on my suburban lot. Redwoods, Douglas fir, deodar cedars plus 20 more. You have to take care of your trees. Esp if your neighbors don't and their trees get beetles, you have to protect your investments of trees. They increase the value and livability of your home and they give us oxygen to counteract your carbon footprint. Not every homeowner has the sense of what to plant and where. But for real gardeners with a design sense, you need to get quality help for trees. These are 50 feet tall. I can't cLimb them and see what to do. Charlie can. He has a great eye for detail. Now my tall trees are safe against winds and storms and look terrific but still I have privacy. Charlie did everything plus that I asked. If you just want a tree chopped go to the cheap guys.
