Excellent service. Super communicative and very dependable. Got a jacket cleaned that I was very nervous about - then came back to get my laundry cleaned.

Good enough cleaners but vastly expensive..! $11.50 for a shirt (makes no difference wash or clean...). I'm looking for someone else. Pity that Plaza Cleaners went out of business.

I brought in some linen shirts and a suit. My linen shirts came out worse than when I brought them in! I was not given an estimate when I dropped my pieces off, and was told I would get a text message for the estimate. The text never came. When I pointed out the dirty spots after cleaning, the boss wasn't in and could not resolve it. I was hoping for better for eighty bucks worth of dry cleaning. These were special shirts, I ended up hand washing them at home to get out the damage from this dry cleaner. Would never trust them with my clothes.

They charged me $37.50 to hem a cotton dress. Ridiculous! In the past I have paid anywhere from $14-20 per hem. Customer service was terrible. Do not use this place.

I had to have a pair of pants hemmed for a wedding and didn't have much time. They were very accommodating and did a great job! They have a very friendly staff.

Great Dry Cleaners, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Extremely quick and through. I have had 1000s of shirts/uniforms pressed and they look amazing. Highly recommend

We decided to try this place yet again. Only to be disappointed. Takes twice as long as our normal cleaners and twice the price. Yesterday we went to pick up our cleaning only to be told they didn't clean one shirt because it has worn in the arm. Upon closer inspection when we got home the shirt was clearly ripped(we did not drop it off that way). I might have believed the story, but it wasn't even in a spot like the elbow it was at the forearm. Needless to say we will never be back.

Tried this place after my cleaners of 10 years moved. Price on the wall shows $3.25 for shirts. They charged me $22.70 for 3 shirts WTH really!!!! When I pointed to the prices on the wall the girl stated with an attitude "SHIRTS START AT $3.25"

Do yourself a favor, save money and attitude elsewhere. There are plenty of dry cleaners here in Petaluma.

Best customer service in Petaluma. They are SO accommodating and always get my items to me when I need them. I'm a super procrastinator- and they have come through for me everytime. The press my uniforms perfectly and our dress shirts are always crisp without that "itchy" starched feeling.
They even stayed 10 minutes for us the night before Thanksgiving because we had forgotten to pick up our holiday outfits. This place is great!

Best dry cleaner in Petaluma! I was attracted to their business based on their more natural cleaning practices and was not disappointed.

Attentive service with expert care. They treat our clothes well, whether through laundering or dry cleaning.

They also have done minor mending for us.

Prices are reasonable for the quality you receive.
