Instead of working with me on optimizing their process to regain a shade of Peter and Megan's care for my clothes, they've responded with patronizing, aggressive, and defensive comments. Color loss, heat shine and wear, strong detergent odor, and shrinkage -- my precious clothes painstakingly hunted for and imported from Japan have aged more in 2 washes with them than they have in decades.
While part of this is on me for not having the time and sacrificial clothes to find a suitable replacement, the new manager's attitude is shocking.Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 2Business owner information

Thank for your comments, I’m glad that our loyal customers don’t think the same way. Your clothes aren’t more special than any others clothes . We take care properly and with love the garments of our customers. We did everything that you requested. We washed inside out , didn’t iron, steam with care and etc. we had a separated operation just for your clothes. The process is the same , the detergents and even the employees.. I can spend hours in the phone texting you , we have work to do . Like in a free country , you’re allowed to have business anywhere. As I suggested you before , go to the most important expensive dry cleaning in your neighborhood, see how they will take care of your clothes. You might be satisfied. Thanks for your vendetta review. In the event of the new year you could be celebrating life with family and friends, but you’re here writing one star reviews. Happy new year!!
Dec 30, 2022Previous reviewI've been going here for many years, solely using their dry (technically wet) cleaning service. It was amazing under the previous owners, Peter and Megan. They pulled up my account without me saying a word, greeted me by name, and followed all of my care instructions precisely. I started using them for the majority of my clothes, bringing in multiple bags of clothing each visit.
There was a bit of a ramp up with the new owner, Jai, with some clothes being prematurely worn (by excessive heat and pressure or washing on the outside instead of inside out), but eventually he was able to treat my clothes the way I preferred. I felt confident enough over time to entrust all of my clothing, from the more mundane to limited edition, rare, and imported streetwear and high fashion garments valued in the 4-digit range without qualms.
Even after he stepped away from this location and focused on the Fremont one, the assistant manager, Marta, was superb. In fact, she was perhaps even more meticulous and attentive.
However, there was a staff change and the new team led by Jason has fallen tremendously short -- safety pins and staples through fabric, heat marks and fading on seams and edges, prematurely aging my clothes. I went as far as to walk into the back and step through the process with them.
While they offer fair prices, fast turnaround, cleaned and pressed clothes, and haven't lost any clothing, it's been well over a year of feedback and coaching without significant improvement and regular regression. I had my duvet cover dry cleaned here and had a great experience. It was very reasonable compared to other dry cleaning places and got it back in good condition in a couple days.

The new owners for this location are absolutely wonderful. I've been coming here for four years but currently, this business is now in the best hands yet. The family is so nice, very responsive, they do a great job and have quick turnaround time. They are so nice with my son whenever he comes to help me drop off and pick up items. Highly recommended!

Prices average with ~ $8 for pants and ~ $3.75 for a shirt (laundry). Quick turnaround time. Quality of service, three stars. My shirt was not thoroughly cleaned.

Management seems to constantly change in this location. But the few times I've been here during the pandemic, their customer service has never faltered-- might have one person working behind the counter, but he/she gets the clothes/items to and from you and he or she is always friendly. This location is conveniently located next to freeway and on the busy main street of El Camino. Always grateful for having my clothes altered or dry cleaned, but knocking off one star for being slightly expensive. :'/

After calling a few cleaners, I began to think no one could do the job with such a fast turnaround. Until I called Nature's Green Cleaners. They assured me from the first moment they would take care of me. We created a quick plan to dry clean my shirts and we were off. They were able to get my shirts done in no time. Natures Green Cleaners is the real deal!
