Nature's Green Cleaners

Having just moved into the are, I needed to find a good dry cleaner. I saw that Nature's Best is a green dry cleaning service which I had not see before coming from the Mid-West. I did some research and found how dangerous regular dry cleaning is and how bad it is for your skin. So, I was intrigued, but skeptical--I didn't know if they would do a good job. I am happy to announce that after two visits, I am very satisfied. They are very nice and this last time I went, I had a white sweater dress with an old stain, which I guess I tried to remove myself ONE YEAR AGO, unsuccessfully. The woman informed me that attempting to remove the stain myself could hinder her from removing it with the dry cleaning, but that she would try her best. I went to pick up my dress, prepared for the stain to still be there, but to my surprise -- it was gone! I will definitely continue to go to Nature's Best Cleaners and highly recommend them.

It was very clean! The guy in charge was nice and I got my clothes ready the day they promised. Got my stains out from both of much dresses, and these were like nice satin dresses and one was even white. Very economical.

Jai sold the business and as bad as it was before, it's gotten worse. Instead of working with me on optimizing their process to regain a shade of Peter and Megan's care for my clothes, they've responded with patronizing, aggressive, and defensive comments. Color loss, heat shine and wear, strong detergent odor, and shrinkage -- my precious clothes painstakingly hunted for and imported from Japan have aged more in 2 washes with them than they have in decades.

While part of this is on me for not having the time and sacrificial clothes to find a suitable replacement, the new manager's attitude is shocking.

I had my duvet cover dry cleaned here and had a great experience. It was very reasonable compared to other dry cleaning places and got it back in good condition in a couple days.

Got the coffee stain out of my favorite purse, even after it had set in and been left for a while.

Good quality service at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall would recommend!

The new owners for this location are absolutely wonderful. I've been coming here for four years but currently, this business is now in the best hands yet. The family is so nice, very responsive, they do a great job and have quick turnaround time. They are so nice with my son whenever he comes to help me drop off and pick up items. Highly recommended!

I came here for their green laundering service. They were quick, but they creased a second line on my dress shirts and pants. They may be open to correcting it but I'm just gonna find something closer to home.

There are so many cleaners in town, but I decided to give natures green cleaners a try. Customer service was great. Prices average with ~ $8 for pants and ~ $3.75 for a shirt (laundry). Quick turnaround time. Quality of service, three stars. My shirt was not thoroughly cleaned.

Management seems to constantly change in this location. But the few times I've been here during the pandemic, their customer service has never faltered-- might have one person working behind the counter, but he/she gets the clothes/items to and from you and he or she is always friendly. This location is conveniently located next to freeway and on the busy main street of El Camino. Always grateful for having my clothes altered or dry cleaned, but knocking off one star for being slightly expensive. :'/

I needed a shirt pressed quickly for a next day photo shoot. After calling a few cleaners, I began to think no one could do the job with such a fast turnaround. Until I called Nature's Green Cleaners. They assured me from the first moment they would take care of me. We created a quick plan to dry clean my shirts and we were off. They were able to get my shirts done in no time. Natures Green Cleaners is the real deal!
