Located inside of the Ranch 99 market. These guys were half the price of everyone else to fix my sons cracked iPad screen. Very friendly and responsive coz Yelp chat. Only took 30 mins same day. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much NEO Phone Repair!! I got my iPad fixed it one day! The screen was cracked after accidentally dropping it. They were able to fix it within 2 hours! This was the lowest price I could find! Other places were charging $89, $99.00, and even $219! Highly recommend and would come back.

At first I was scared and skeptical about getting my iPad fixed outside of my phone carrier but I have to say they did a job well done. I found this place by sending out a mass quote and they responded back right away! When I picked up my iPad at first I thought the touch feature was lagging a bit but give it time and I kind of panicked but my iPad works just fine for now. But please be aware of two things:

1. This place is inside of an Asian market, it's not it's own building you have to walk inside and all the way to the end of the store

2. They only accept cash but the store does cash back up to $100 or you can go to the atms in the same parking lot too

All in all, I am satisfied with my service my only criticism is that I would like a documented receipt of my service I purchased, just as a paper trail or if something goes wrong in the future.

I did some price comparisons around Elk Grove/Sac and this was the cheapest price I've found so far. It was $230 flat rate for both screens including labor. I think $140 for the front and $90 for the back. Other places I've contacted were around $330-$360.

This place is located inside 99 ranch on Franklin. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions/quotes and they were able to get it done in about an hour to hour 1/2. Also it's cash only so be prepared when you stop by.

Overall I'm very satisfied and happy to have a phone without massive cracks in it. I'd say I would definitely come again but I hope I don't have to lmao

Quick and professional iPhone repair with very competitive pricing. I had my phones, over the years, fixed at various places and they were either too costly or the repairs were insufficiently done. I would recommend this place and if I had to, but hopefully won't need to, have my phone repaired here again.

I took my iPad Air 2 to replace the screen. Came to pick up the iPad and was told they replaced the home button as it needed to be replace. Went home and now Touch ID don't call the shop and they're not willing to repair it. STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!!
