Derald was super responsive and fixed our dryer vent issue. I had other contractors look at the vent situation and they did not know what the issue was - Derald knew right away. He resolved a potentially dangerous situation and was very professional. He cares about his work and takes pride in doing things right.

Derald got the job done-- we had a couch that REALLY needed cleaning. No pets but just thought of all the years and people who sat on it.

After our couch was all poofed up and looked fresh again after drying out. (Also if you leave in the outside for just a few hours that speeds it up- great tip on his part. We had a super sunny day in Pacifica as we live in the sunny side of town)

He is nice and listened to all my concerns before cleaning. (I'm very picky.)
He knew all about floors as we have LVL flooring and a carpet on top. Had it removed to clean and put back.

We have a baby too and he was super nice because he has a big family / felt very safe having him in the house.

He cleaned our couch and one seater and carpet. By the end of the session he was sweating and he checked in to make sure I was totally satisfied.

Not a fan. Reserved an appointment a week prior. He said he texted and left voice mail messages. And since I didn't confirm, he cancelled the appointment. Everyone else that came to the unit was able to text me several times over and met their obligations. But, not these guys. All they had to do was just call me and let me know they didn't want to do the work. Instead they left me hanging.

If you don't get any messages or initial confirmation from them, that means you really don't have a reservation. You should move on.

I'm not a customer, but I live a block away from where this business was cleaning a carpet inside a house. The whole neighborhood was blanketed by loud droning, which was blasting through my walls and closed windows. I had no idea where it was coming from and I assumed there was some major construction or granite excavation going on nearby. But after walking around the neighborhood, I found this company's carpet-cleaning van, which had a machine running inside it. The decibel level was 103 dB. That's insane! The owner needs to put some kind of acoustic enclosure around his loud equipment instead of blasting the entire neighborhood. He probably does a great cleaning job -- what dirt could possibly survive that sonic blast? -- but 103 decibels is dangerously loud.

Wow Derald came in and helped me get my spring cleaning started and finished. He steam cleaned our couch chair and rug, then the carpet in the bedrooms and hallways. They look great. He is also cleaning our vents and heating system. And he is scheduled to do the rain spouts as we have a few plants and vines that are growing. Derald is friendly and fast working and does an excellent job. The value of his prices is definitely worth the money

Derald is super quick responsive, he came and cleaned my big rug nicely, and told me a lot of tips for maintaining the rug, good service!

Darrel was great! He really worked with me on coming in at a time that worked with my schedule. He was on-time, very careful, and friendly. He even helped move some of the furnishings that got in the way!

His service was top notch and now I can see the colors in my carpet again! He actually showed us all the dirty that came out from our carpets, which was eye opening! He gave us one of the cheapest quotes from the other businesses that got back to us and I love that he's a local business (and family) man.

It was my first time getting our carpets cleaned, but it's a good reminder to get your carpets cleaned in the morning to allow time for your carpets to dry when you're not in the house!

Excellent service. Above and beyond. The rug was cleaned in one day and looks fantastic. The price was very reasonable.

Had Derald over this morning to clean 3 rooms. He was on-time, very careful with our furnishings and he was super pleasant.

Best of all, he was way cheaper than the quote we got the day before from Stanley Steemer and his careful methodology paid off - everything he touched became either like new, or nearly so (can't expect miracles with 2 kids and a dog in the family...).

He took the time to explain how his equipment works and how he pretreats stains. An absolute A+ experience!

Derald did a fantastic job on carpets and rugs that had been neglected since the pandemic. I'd forgotten how great they could look. He explained how I needed to take care of each one and even called the next day to make sure everything was fully dry and still looked great. I'm almost a week out now, and I'm still so happy to see my rugs and carpet looking fantastic every time I walk in the door. I highly recommend New Era Carpet and will be using them again for sure.

Derald did an excellent job of cleaning a small area of my apartment's carpet. He explained what he was going to do to help remove some stains and pee marks from my dog.
We found a way to successfully clean the carpet and he did it with a smile on his face. Really happy with the results and if I ever need carpet cleaning again I will reach out to him, he has very competitive prices and great customer service.
