New Sky Tree Service

Walter Wilson came out the same day as my job request got listed! I already had 5 quotes to cut back from the building 8-10', thin and trim outrageously grown 4 ficus trees. While discussing what I wanted to do, I showed him the 2 eucalyptus trees on the other side of my building and told him I would do it separately due to budget concerns. Walter said that I would save money if I did all the trees at one time due to the cost of bringing out the machinery. With that in mind he gave me the best quote out of 6 total!! and to top it off, he was able to schedule the job the next day!!!
The team arrived on time, confirmed what I needed done and started to work from 8:30 to 4pm!!! I was simply amazed at the stark difference from before to after. I intend to call them every year to trim the trees!! In addition to doing a magnificent job, the team led by Jose, kept checking in with me to be sure I was satisfied and informed me how much they would trim or cut away while making sure the trees remained healthy.
I can't say enough how enjoyable it was and pleased I am to work with this company. Totally competent, friendly, informative & easy to work with.

I give this company three stars because of two completely different experiences. Carlos and crew came out in winter and pruned two small trees in our yard. It was expensive, but they did the best job on these trees I've ever seen.

We negotiated a price on future work and I called the company to make an appointment. The day came and no one showed up. No phone call, text, email, no nothing. I called them and was told that an "emergency" had come up and they couldn't be at our place that day.

Fine, I understand that things happen and we set a new date a week in advance. The date arrives and - nobody shows up or communicates with us!
After I emailed them they said there was an "emergency" and they couldn't be there. By this time we weren't going to get to strike three, I told them it's cancelled, no rescheduling.

I think they have a scheduling and communication problem(s). I shall look elsewhere.

The 4 technicians who came today to take down my tree were organized, responsive, very fast and cleaned up completely. In and out with my tree cut down and cleaned up in less than an hour.

I would not use this tree company ever again. New Sky Tree is unreliable and not trustworthy. Carlos showed up on my porch multiple times trying to solicit business for his cimpany. When I finally hired him he gave me a verbal contract with no date. He refused to answer my e mails and texts for two weeks.

He finally told me his family member was ill " an emergency" and he would get back to me later, which he never did.

I have posted here before about my experience and it has been removed by New Sky.

New Sky did an awesome job from start to finish! Walter was very helpful upfront to advise on arborist approved approach for wide range of oaks - one very mature, another needing care with lot dead growth and third area with oak bushes wanting grow into trees. Walter was also very willing and committed in discussions with each neighbor to do what best for all. Honestly I was amazed at teams ability to adjust for needs in each area! Roberto and team have great skills and attitudes. Be ready and out there to work with them as they will make it happen as appropriate with what best for trees. Will absolutely use New Sky again and highly recommend them! I am very happy with results!

Highly recommend New Sky Tree service. I had several companies come out to give quotes and found them to give the most reasonable price. All services rendered were the same in all quotes. There was just something about the initial meeting that we felt they were good, honest, hard working people that took pride in their work. Our satisfaction was #1 for them. So happy we went with them. We were so pleased with the outcome.

Walter and New Sky was an was absolute pleasure to work with. I had received multiple quotes and they were willing to work with us on a number that we felt comfortable. They gave reasonable pricing and also excellent service. In fact our neighbors had complained that their cars got really dirty from one of the tree removal, and they were so kind to reimburse them for their car wash. We will use them again.

I didn't actually use New Sky because they couldn't help me with grafting, but they were SO responsive. They Called me back right away and really went out of their way to help me...thank you, Christian! I would definitely use this company based on their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help.
