We were walking in San Mateo downtown and decided to have lunch. There are a lot of choices but we decided to try this Thai restaurant
The place is festively decorated with local Thai picture frames on the wall. I would suggest you try their Thai milk tea. It has a teddy bear-shaped ice on top of the drink. This drink is so refreshing and sweet.
We ordered the pad Thai noodle , Tom yum soup and Hoi Jor. The food is delicious and reminds me of when I visited Thailand a few years ago. The service is very fast and the server explained to us the food we are ordering. He recommended a few and we obliged.
If you have not tried Thai food, try this place and it will serve you authentic Thai cuisine.
Once we visit San Mateo downtown again, we will try the other food on their menu

All was sooo yummy! The spice for the Panang Curry was perfect.
Thai tea was SO GOOD and I know I'll be craving more tomorrow. Highly recommend this place!

Tasty Thai restaurant in the downtown. Very casual and reasonably priced. Tried a curry and a pan fried noodle dish with a spring roll appetizer. Everything was good. The curry has some heat even if you order mild. I passed on the complimentary Thai iced tea because I wanted a beer but be sure to claim that offer.
