Nick's Appliances

This guy is the sweetest. Hooked me up with a used dryer at a great price. He removed and replaced my unit within 24 hours.

My fiancé and I went to multiple used appliance shops today. We were blown away with the amount of inventory that this establishment had to offer. We were able to get a matching set for a very great deal and delivered same day. The customer service was amazing and everything came as promised and installed the same day we purchased. We will definitely be recommending this appliance shop to everyone we know. Jose and Cesar were really great and helpful throughout this process and if I could give a 10 star rating I would. Thank you again so much Nick's appliances!!!!

Worst buying experience ever! You will be sorry if you do business with Nick's appliances. I purchased a used refrigerator from Nick's Appliances. They promised prompt delivery. They finally showed up at 10:30 p.m. It took them nearly an hour to bring it into the house. It's now two days later and the refrigerator has been running continuously since they set it up. The refrigerator compartment doesn't get any colder than 45 degrees. Nick's sold a broken refrigerator. Called for service. They said that someone would be over to fix the fan issue at 6:00 p.m. It's after 10 and no word if someone will ever show-up ever. Most irresponsible business I've ever worked with.

I've had the unfortunate experience of being both a neighbor to this business as well as being forced by my landlord to use this business to "repair" our units washer and dryer. Cesar from Nicks Appliances has "fixed" our washer and dryer numerous times over the last couple of years, only to have it break again a few months to less than a week later.

This would be almost bearable if they were responsive and communicative, which they are not. Several times Cesar has told us he would come over to make repairs at a certain time, only to no show with no warning. I guess walking the few blocks or sending a text to let us know he's too busy to come over at our scheduled time is too much to ask.

Unless you want a lifetime of broken appliances and your time wasted, stay clear from this place.

Terrible business. Do not trust whatever the owner says. Order a washer and dryer. It was delivered but was never installed like he promised.

I hate to leave bad review on a local business but I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing my washer dryer set. The washer did not work (broken timer), and I was promised a replacement. I was given the runaround for 2 weeks until I came in person. I was then given 7+ different time frames of when the washer was going to be delivered... the replacement did come and works, but overall just disappointed with the customer service.

Horrible service! Told me they would deliver 3 days ago and made excuses of why they couldn't deliver this and that. Told them it was very unprofessional and bad for business to not be dependable and deliver at the time discussed.

Horrible , No working number to get a hold of them , had to drive over there to leave a message for the owner who never called me so 4 days later I had to load my broke dryer back in my car and go drop it back off to them

They answered the phone on my first call.
Then showed up a half an hour later as promised.
Knew what part I needed by my description over the phone.
Had my washer working again in 10 minutes time and charged me $40.

No that a quick and efficient service. No run around.

I hate to 1-star a small local place like this, but let's call it tough love.
This place is crammed with old appliances - so that you can barely walk through the place. The woman who works there is nice - and tries to be helpful - but we spent way too much time walking around a claustrophobic maze of machinery looking for anything made in the last decade or two.
While we were there two of the delivery people were yelling at each other out on the street. Not in a good way. I would NOT be comfortable having these people come install anything in my house. In my opinion it's a highly dysfunctional place. No thanks! Nick you need to clear out some of the deadwood.
