Nick's Custom Golf Cars

They like to sell you a new cart, they just dont want to return your phone call to service it for you. bottom line poor customer service.

I am sorry to have to write this as Nick's has been selling/servicing our carts for years. However, the current scheduler, Michele, is the worst. She takes a few days to return calls, she schedules for the wrong day, blames the technician for her errors and when I call and leave messages for the owner, Scott, he too neglects to follow through with a call or email message. I have the bill for service and I'm curious if they will respond when they notice I've yet to pay?

Sorry to report that after having good service from Nick's in past years they seem to have forgotten how to treat customers. Zero communication skills. No responsiveness. Finally I gave up and went to Smith's in Rohnert Park.

We are new to the area I just called nick's for service on our Golf Cart we brought with us. They scheduled us for this Friday to service at our home. Spoke with Adam he was professional and knowledgable. Look forward to the service work.

These guys are the best. Experts, excellent service, fair prices and friendly as well as helpful. I've gone to them for service on my Club Car Golf Cart since the late 90's.

My cart gets rough usage on my small ranch in the foothills but they seem to treat it as good as the new beauties they sell.

Takes weeks for these guys to respond. I bought a cart here and I really do regret dealing with these guys. I called other golf cart dealers around town and they felt I paid way too much for a golf cart. They also told me it shouldn't take so long for them to respond. If you do decide to do a deal
with these guys make sure to re-read the terms and agreement or else you could pay more. Also expect to wait a couple of weeks for a call back. It's unfortunate that this is the cost of doing business.

I recently purchased a used golf cart. I reached out to Nicks Custom Golf Carts to have it checked out. I was surprised on how professional and courteous these guys are. I personally want to thank, Doug, Brian and Adam who have dealt with over there. These guys have been super helpful with getting my Club Car right without any issues. Brian has gone above and beyond as far as answering any questions I had with my cart, as well as Doug and Adam! This will be my go to spot for now on with any help or parts I need with my club car. I purchased my Club Car new from Nicks in 2002. Since the purchase I have used Nicks for all of my regular service needs. They have been great to work with and the fact that my cart still serves us well speaks to the quality of their work. Not only is Club Car the premier golf cart but I feel Nicks does a great job servicing a very good product.

I love this place! I called yesterday to purchase a golf cart tire and Brian delivered it to my door here in Lake of the Pines. $26.98 complete. Thanks so much Brian!
