Nico Care Medical Transport

They were great transporting my husband to an MRI. He's in a lot of pain due to bulging discs and they took great care to make sure he was comfortable and got us to the appointment on time. The ride home was equally smooth. I highly recommend them.

Nico Care Medical Transport is a great company! We have used other transportation companies before and none come close to Nico Care. We are so blessed to have JP be our driver every single time. He is absolutely amazing and has been available for us every time we needed gurney or wheelchair transport. I highly recommend Nico Care for transport needs. You won't regret it!

J.P. responded to my panicked call to transport my husband home after a 3-day stay at Marin Terrace, a horrific assisted living facility in Mill Valley. J.P. came within hours of my same day request, literally a lifesaver for Mark and a huge relief for me. And his gracious response to my having to cancel four subsequent scheduled transports related to a risky, complicated surgery, which many medical providers later determined would be too much for Mark to handle. I offered to compensate J.P. for a fifth subsequent "last minute" cancellation for transport today to his internist.; he declined my offer. (The ER at Marin General yesterday ruled out serious symptoms.) On the contrary, J.P. showed compassionate understanding for both me and my husband. I can never thank him enough for his stellar service in every way you could think of. I would give him a 10-star rating!

I have been dealing with JP since June of this year. I need transport to SF for a series of testing, surgery and follow-up appointments. JP is very personable, polite and above all, professional, and the van is immaculate. He is most kind and helpful in assisting me in and out the van as well as wheel-chairing me right up to the receptionist desks. We still have more to go, and when this is done, JP will be my "go-to" guy for any future transport needs.

This company was outstanding, right on time, a multiple stop / event day, very sensitive to our cousins needs and very patient, it addition totally trustworthy!

JP and his staff at Nico Care transport are all amazing. Very professional, punctual and courteous. They provided very safe transport for my elderly uncle with top notch medical equipment. Their new fully equipped van is state of the ark, wheelchair / guerney lift for immobile patients. Plus JP and his drivers interact with their clients and make their out of home experience a treat. Highly recommended for competent safe transports for immobile patients.
