    • Q:

Does this Nike do any pop up releases on new shoes like dunks in store?

      A:

      They do but it's random

    • Q:

Are there any dunk low for sale here?

      A:

Dunks usually sell out within minutes. It's best to download the sneakers app (apart of Nike) which will allow you to enter raffles for new releases.

I visited the Nike store to pick up my sister's birthday present and had the pleasure of being helped out by a team member named Josh. I entered the store on what felt like the busiest day of the year, each floor was buzzing and there weren't too many team members available to help.

I'm not sure if it were the helpless look on my face or the sweat dripping down my forehead from scouring each level looking for an associate that could simply grab my pickup order and send me on my way, but an associate named Josh literally stopped with a totem pole of shoe boxes in his arms and asked if I needed help. I told him I had a pickup order and he said he'd grab it once he put the shoes down. Josh circled back within a few minutes to assist me. I asked him "Is the store was usually this busy?" and he informed me that a sale was going on, and he jokingly mentioned that he thought I was a team member standing around at first glance due to my attire. Looking down, I realized that I was in a black Nike workout top, black Nike shorts, Nike socks and Nike Metcons... it made sense why a few strangers asked me about stock and inventory during this adventure Looking at my order, Josh informed me that my order was eligible for the discount; so he returned my order for me, then helped me purchase my order with the discount.

It's hard to find genuine customer service like this, it was the first time in a long time that I felt proud being a Nike consumer. Josh went above and beyond in his customer service, making me feel valued and appreciated. Shout out to Josh for his service and being a great overall representative of the Nike brand!

Beautiful store but the customer service is terrible. The woman in the kids section was unnecessarily rude and passive aggressive at the most basic questions.

What was supposed to be a fun and memorable outing for my son's first pair of Jordans turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience. I left without purchasing anything, despite taking the day off to go on a shopping spree with him.

Nike also has more sizes and styles available online so there's really no point in coming in here.

Bait and switch. Found a pair of Nike Cortez shoes online. I could either purchase them in the store or get free shipping to my home....I chose to get them at the store since I was a few blocks away. After I bought my shoes, I read my receipt. They charged me $10 MORE for the shoes than they should have. So, I called the store, and let the phone rung for 40 MINUTES. Never did anyone pick up. Then, I sent in a chat message, only to be told that the price in the Flagship Union Square store might be HIGHER than the price listed online. Even though this store is the SAME store where I'd pick up my ONLINE purchase. How does that make any sense? Lastly, the other reviews are correct...finding someone to help you is difficult, and if you do find a clerk, they are too busy talking to each other to make eye contact or come over and ask if you need help. Ridiculous.

Lazy staff. So beyond privileged lazy staff.

Every floor you have to go up to an employee to ask for a size or fitting room. They never come up to you. They just group together and chat.

Today store was empty, and they could not fulfill a same day order. When all floors were empty. Maybe 20 customers in entire store. (Monday MLK day)

Tbh the whole staff needs a training or just lay them off and get robots. No benefit to having a live staff.

Really the worst customer service I have ever received. This store took a pair of sneakers from me, promised to mail me exchanged size, and never sent the shoe. Have spent over an hour with customer service, only to receive the same receipt I left the store with. Still no shoe, no store credit, no refund. This is literally theft

I would give this store no stars if that were an option. The staff is scarse and the few around are NOT helpful. We waited for support but no one came by and even asked us if we needed help, and eventually had to flag down some one for help. Then the employee brought the pair of shoes out, he almost threw the box at us and left, avoiding me when we were trying to get a different size. After waiting about another 10 minutes, we asked another employee for help. He was a little more helpful but serving too many people so inefficient and frustrating for all. My daughter really wanted Nike shoes so we had to stay and deal with the lack of service, long wait and careless staff, but if it were just me I would have left from the very beginning. It took over an hour to get 2 pairs of shoes and when we finally got the shoes, we then had wait in the long line to pay. I will be avoiding this shop in the future!

I have been this store many times. Every time I come to the store, it seems that there are less and less workers.
Waited for a long time to get assistance. No one on the floor 4. I had to go up and down to find a staff to get a pair of shoes.
This is a store to look at the product and definitely recommend using online store to purchase if you would like to buy the product.

Came out here on a weekday, parked at the Union Street Garage and walked across the street onto Post St. The NIKE Store is situated on the corner of Stockton St and Post St. There is security inside and police officers on the outside. The store has 4 levels and is well stocked with shoes of all kinds as well as clothing and accessories. The staff is plentiful and helpful. We came to exchange some online shoes and clothing. It helps to be part of the Nike club. Exchange was performed quickly and painlessly especially when you have the receipts. Recommend.

Love Nike! Always have been wearing their gear and merchandise. For me I love playing basketball so I've bought a lot of tech fleece pants over the years and running shoes

Lucky I was able to hit on KD14 Aunt Pearls. My grandmother actually fought it as well around the age of 78.

Nikes customer service is really good people make think their service isn't good but it really is. I try avoid peak hours but I notice Nike always gets busy, so be patient with them because they're some of the coolest peoples!
