Nikos Tacos

Best tacos I have had in Sacramento. This is my fifth time coming and it has not disappointed me!

Some of the BEST street tacos I have ever had! Niko was gave us great advice and was very attentive! We love the humble hole in the wall feel of the restaurant. If you want fast service, call ahead because these taste better than the fresh tacos out of your mama's kitchen!! AMAZING! If we are ever in the area again we will be back!!

Best tacos and great drinks. Good customer service. I recently had tacos from Nico's , and they were fantastic! The flavors were fresh and well-balanced, with just the right amount of spice. The customer service was equally impressive--friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Got tacos after a drink at drakes. All the reviews is the reason why I came and I'm so glad I did.

The tacos were so flavorful even without the salsa verde. I got a steak taco and a shrimp taco. The burnt cheese around the taco was *chefs kiss* The sour cream was actually Mexican crema which wasn't sour at all and is the only sour cream I would eat so I'm glad I assumed correctly.

We ordered at the counter and she was helpful with answering all my questions about the difference of the tacos.

Vibe is a regular taqueria. Will most definitely be back when we're in the area!!

Julissa helped me order my food. She knows the menu very well and she can multitask. She's so polite and kind and helpful. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE by JULISSA and Niko got me hooked on the Niko tacos. I highly recommended I come almost every other day craving it. THANK YOU NIKOS TACOS!

Highly recommend Nikos Tacos! It's a local establishment that has delicious tacos and burritos.

I got 3 steak street tacos and my boyfriend got a shrimp and steak burrito. We also shared a piña drink (pineapple). The tacos were soooo good! The meat was tender and overall taco was so flavorful. The burrito was top notch too! Everything was seasoned so well and the shrimp and steak were a perfect combo. It was a pretty big burrito too! You'll definitely be satisfied. You also can't skip out on the pineapple juice! The was so fresh and sweet.

I would definitely come back again. I was literally telling my boyfriend I was craving the burrito the next day.

Quick, easy, and delicious food to drop into when hungry in the later hours. The shop is cozy and the staff were kind! I grabbed a mix of different tacos and all of them hit the spot when looking for a late night meal. Will be coming back

I saw a ton of positive reviews for Nikos so decided to try it for myself. The location and setup of this spot is not very nice but dang, these are easily the best tacos in Sacramento! I got the ZIP tacos, which have a drizzle of creamy sauce plus cheese directly over the side of the tacos. I ordered one steak, one chicken, and one shrimp tacos and all of them were seasoned perfectly. The tortilla had a nice texture and satisfying bite to it.

The only downside is wait time during the lunch time rush. Definitely call in ahead for pickup.

I love that they crust up the outside of the burrito, so it can take a while to prepare each order because it's made to order. It gives the tortilla a nice crunch with every bite. I ordered the shrimp burrito, and the flavor was good, though the price had gone up to $15.65. I feel like the shrimp could be cut into chunks instead of being whole to make it easier to bite into. The shrimp itself could be a little better.

The service was good; the lady who took my order was very nice. They have tables and chairs for seating inside. I'm not sure if they serve on plates or to-go because I ordered mine to go but sat inside. The taco was good, with the red sauce adding a nice flavor. The green sauce gives it an extra yummy, which I enjoyed, although I prefer spicier food, so the red sauce was my go-to.

I noticed that the food does take a while to prepare because it's made fresh. I'm not sure how many cooks they have in the kitchen, but there is a wait, especially during rush hour."

I wasn't even that hungry, however, I'm never in this area until today, so I decided to pull up because I keep seeing them on social media and wanted to see what the hype was about. And let me tell you this hits DIFFERENT then any tacos I've ever had. PERIOD.

From the homemade tasting tortillas, to the way the Carne Asada melts, mixed with chunky buttery shrimp, fresh cilantro, and covered in crispy AND melted cheese!?!? Are you serious? Easily, the best tacos I've had so far.

When I brought it home, I didn't even tell my husband anything right when he took his first bite, he said , "MMMMMM DAMN!!! That's fire!" Yes, I feel you honey!

The girl that took our order was nice , the place literally looks like a hole in the wall. But I didn't come here for the feels, I came here for the five star tacos, and they delivered hard! Their hot sauce, I literally opened one of the little containers and drank it because it was so good. You can tell they roasted those peppers, you could taste the fire roast in them. It is so good, spicy, but not crazy spicy.

After my husband ate it, he literally said, "I don't care how far it is, I want to go get some more." Lol I said, "They close at midnight." It's only 8pm :)

And do the Horchata, it's not too sweet and very authentic. Yes, just do it. This place is pure gold.
