Nine Minute Oil & Lube

I had an oil change there and my experience was really good, I was so excited after my oil change experience thinking that finally I found a place that I can trust for price and service.

The owner 'Sam' is a really nice guy and so are the other employees. He gave me a gift certificate for $10 for future and mail in rebate for $7.

Few days later I took my wifes Honda Accord for 60 K service. Sam did lots of work on the car and only charged me appropriate amount which was way less than what the dealer was quoting me. I am really happy with customer service and quality of work. Even though its far from my residence, I will be returning here for all my auto servicing needs.

They don't answer the phone number posted on yelp. What is the point of having a business number if you don't answer? I've called at least 10 times over 3 different days. Rings 4 times then goes to fax machine. Sometimes it doesn't ring, and says the mailbox is full.

So I had to go to a different business.

I'm local and I'd driven by about a million times. But then, suddenly I was missing something (a bolt? a clip?) underneath my car and something was dragging. I walked over to ask if they could tell me what I was missing. I was treated with kindness and respect...which doesn't happen often when you're a woman dealing with car issues. They offered to fix me up, free of charge.

However, I remembered that I was due for an oil change anyway, so why not quit procrastinating and try a new spot! I'm incredibly glad I did. $97 for full synthetic, no hidden fees. Free washer fluid, air pressure check, etc. Everything took less than 9 minutes, as promised, and I'm incredibly grateful. Great humans, great work!

Great service at an affordable price.

This business is an oil change specialist. Their building is constructed for this, and it allows them do the oil change within 10 minutes.

They also helped with adding window washing liquid, filling air in all 4 tires , and helped to reset the service light . They also clearly showed the oil filter and the oil quality after the change. The team really went above and beyond.

Super friendly service! They also live up to their name; I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The price is also much better than Jiffy Lube down the street. I would recommend this place if you need an oil change. I still haven't tried their other services, but I'm sure they would do an amazing job as well.

The most reliable, trusted place that I come to get my oil change done. The crew over here is fast, friendly, and professional. I'm in and out of here in less than 10 min once they start working on my car. No wait on a Wednesday before lunch time.

They even gave me a $10 dollar coupon, which they tell me to keep every time, so my oil change always ends up being $87 - such a good price for the Bay Area, and the time spent being here warrants amazing value and quality (vs spending 2 hours at the dealership!).

The boss or manager came up to me and thanked me for coming back - so sweet! Will definitely be back here each time I need an oil change.

This place is amazing! If you're thinking of going somewhere else, DONT! The convenience is incredible.

When I pulled in, there were two cars in two different bays. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and walks you through the whole process. Once you pull in, there are cameras, under the car and above so you can see what's happening at all times! If you've ever gone to the dealership- you wait for hours! HOURS! I was here for less than 10 minutes. Do you know how much time I've been wasting making appointments, waiting around for my oil change, and not to mention, over paying. I will never go anywhere else again! This place is an absolute gem and the staff makes it that much better. Not to mention, they change your filter, too your fluids and tires. They show you that the oil is full and changed. It's 100% transparent which is so nice!

If your car needs an oil change, I wouldn't hesitate for one second to come here, where professionalism meets convenience. A hands down amazing experience.

Needed to find a place that was quick and closer to me for an oil change. Was happy to find this business and see their reviews. It was just like the reviews. I had a pleasant experience talking to the owner and everyone was ready to service my car. I had two young kids in the back seat who just stayed put. We came at 4pm on Saturday and didn't have to wait. We were in and out in no time! Super efficient, quick, great service from all the guys there! Thank you! Will be back.
