Booked an appointment with Nomi on a whim and SO glad I did. He gave me the best hair cut and color that I've probably ever had. He intuitively knew exactly what problems I had with my current hairstyle and fixed them. I came in for a bayalage ombre and he was able to pull off the exact shade of blonde I asked for- something which no stylist has been able to do for me so far. I've already had a ton of compliments and I am beyond happy!!

Nomi gave me the best color I have ever had! He is relaxed, professional and knows what he is doing. A true professional.

I had a great experience here today. I felt so relaxed having Nomi cut my hair; he is easygoing, yet knowledgeable and passionate about hair. Before he even picked up his scissors he asked about my own haircare routine and how I like to style it at home... the sign of a pro!
I got a great bob cut that suits my face shape and bone structure, and the cut will grow out beautifully with very little maintenance. Yay!

I live in Vancouver but have been a client of Nomi Salon's since they were " Fiorio" in The Empress Hotel.
My husband and I go to Victoria for 2-3 nights at a time up to half a dozen times a year.
I often go for shampoo and blo outs while there so my hair is good for the few days we are away .
I have had my hair done mostly by Jord'n and by Nomi over the years and both are wonderful stylists. We often go to Victoria for The New Year's Eve celebrations that The Empress and my daughter and I have both gone for fancy up-do's for these special occasions!
I LOVE their new location even more than when they were just downstairs from me at The Empress because it's much brighter, well decorated and it's still very convenient!
I DO recommend Nomi Salon to all my friends and acquaintances that live in Victoria!

Was very nervous to try. I was extremely happy with Nomi. I love my cut and highlights. The price was , I felt, I bargain especially for the foils which usually cost me a small fortune. Thank you Nomi.!

Hi, Please think again if you seriously want a trendy and good haircut. They don't know face shape related haircuts. I have very long hair. She was like encouraging me to cut it more and more. But even though she cut my hair short but I expected it to be trendy. But its average. She just did U cut. For that U cut I spent 62$+tax and tip. I wish I could have done that U cut at home instead of spending that much. I asked couple of times about my haircut, styles, length and etc she stopped cutting my hair and gave a serious kind of a look and explained it. I dint like it. I don't want to visit again! Bad customer service.
