I had a laundry list of things I needed done on my 2005 Toyota 4Runner. They gave me a great price and communicated fully when there was an additional part that needed replacing.

The mechanic also showed me how to change my headlights, so I don't have to come in to have that done. This was a great experience and will definitely be taking my car there in the future.

FANTASTIC service! These guys were so great explaining the different repairs for my truck. They made sure to differentiate between the "could," "should," and "must" repairs, and were very transparent about their pricing (which is VERY reasonable). I initially just came in for an oil change, but I'm absolutely coming back for all of my repair needs.

Excellent service! Fixed my car here several times and did an oil change. I'm truly satisfied.

My main concern was my squeaking wheel and leaking coolant. They were able to fix my broken radiator but delayed by a day due to the wrong equipment being delivered. They also told me that my wheel was squeaking due to my control arms and bushings. I got those replaced and the total was about $1500. When I asked how the control arms and bushings correlated to the wheel squeaking, they told me that it was the first time they heard about a wheel squeaking problem. They told me to drive it around for 10 minutes and call back if I had a problem. I did that exactly and they failed to mention that the shop closed in 10 minutes. Still have the squeaking wheel, down hundreds of dollars, and have to go to another shop now. I can not trust this 5 star business and I was hoping I could have experienced what all these 5 star reviews are stating.

I had set out on my usual off day to do errands, only to have my car start shaking at a red light. Trying to stave off panic, I look down & see the check engine light. I'm certainly no mechanic & am not car savvy, so I immediate pulled over to a nearby gas station, called a few friends, & then hopped onto Yelp... Norm's came highly recommended.

I called & carefully drove over. It was the longest 16 minute trip ever. Four stop lights before arriving, the car stopped shaking, of course, to which I angrily screamed "No, we are doing this today!" It was as if the car protested being taken in. Upon arriving, I explained what happened, & took an Uber home. Before I made it inside, Norm's called to let me know the details & cost, & less than 2 hours later, I was able to pick up my car - even with an oil change. (I decided to add that on since I was overdue.) Prices were fair & service was wonderful. I don't hope to be back, but definitely recommend coming here if you're plagued by car woes.

I've been coming to Norm's for at least 5 years with two different cars for weird noises or engine lights on or whatever. I always brace myself for an expensive bill and they're always able to figure out it's not the worst case scenario and charge me an extremely reasonable amount of money (or nothing when they find something very minor). 5 stars for their honesty and always treating me with respect over the years. No appointments needed, just drop the car off, get a call 4 hours later, pick up when the job is done, no nonsense, no talking down to me, no hassling me into something vaguely explained or unnecessary.

A little honesty goes a long way! I was due for a full service and was worried it would be expensive so I asked around for quotes. Several places quoted me ~$300. Norms let me know they always check fluid levels and would let me know if anything needed work as part of the oil change. Only cost about $60! Loyal customer here.

I needed an oil change and thought I needed a front-end alignment. Joe was pleasant and engaging and took my car in right away to inspect. He immediately noticed that the alignment was fine, but my front tires were very worn. I couldn't afford new tires at the moment, so he recommended rotating the tires. It cost me $80 less for this quick fix and he did it on the spot. Done with a smile and a thank you in 45 minutes!

It was a very difficult repair- a blower motor in a 2010 Nissan Rogue. My regular mechanic threw his hands up and told me to find someone else. I called Norm's and was quoted a price fat below the quote I received from the dealer. Despite the job taking much longer than they thought, the quote was honored and the repair was done efficiently.
