North Bay Bottling delivers water to my office!
Everyone at my office loves these guys. We look forward to their visits each time.
Both brothers are incredibly sweet, professional, and reliable. They are also very personable. Everyone in my office building loves seeing them!
Unlike other water delivery options, there's never a hassle with delivery. There's never billing issues. There's only two people you deal with, both of whom are clearly in good communication with eachother.
Recently, our water dispenser we got from Costco (not NBB) not long ago leaked. The resevoir cracked, and just kept trying to re-fill. I reached out to North Bay Bottling, who came out the same day, removed the old dispenser, and took it to fix it! In the interim, they gave us an even nicer dispenser to use while they took a look at our prior one. I was floored at the level of customer service- for a device we didn't even get from them!

I finally made the switch from lugging store-bought gallon bottles of water to water delivery, and North Bay Bottling has made it effortless for me.

The owner has been so responsive and so helpful every step of the way. The water tastes great and I feel better about reducing my purchase of plastics. They seemed to be more affordable compared to the other companies that quoted me.

If you look at the bottom of the page under "Reviews that are not recommended" you will find my firs review and many additional very positive reviews for this company that yelp has chosen not to credit to this companies review score.

We have utilized the North Bay Bottling company for many years now; the company is owned by a very nice gentleman named Alex. There are a lot of water companies out there and they all do the same thing, deliver water. That means that customer service is what sets the companies apart from each other.

Alex and his staff have provided excellent service to us both at our home in Occidental and our office in Santa Rosa. They come every two weeks like clockwork, and they are extremely polite and courteous. They take their shoes off or wear booties over their shoes when they deliver to our house. If you have a concern, you can call and talk directly with the owner, which can only happen with a locally owned company. I would highly recommend this company; their service is outstanding.

We have been using Northbay Bottling for years at our Spa in San Rafael. We're extremely satisfied with the service. They're quick, efficient and always helpful. We strongly recommend Northbay Bottling!
