I had come up to Cotati to visit family, and while driving down Old Redwood Hwy I saw this nice car dealership, so I decided to walk in. The owner of the place, Ryan, was very friendly and he had a nice variety of cars. I was actually in the market for a new car as the car I was driving had seen better days.

After talking for a bit, I had my eye on a BMW that he had on the lot. I would be trading in my old 2009 Honda. He did a quick appraisal, offered an honest amount for my trade and a deal was struck!

He offers warranties, and financing. The process was quick, the car was immaculate and now I'm the happy owner of a BMW! Nice upgrade! Totally unexpected!!

Ryan is phenomenal. He knows his cars. He is extremely knowledgeable, very candid and you feel comfortable around him. He's "raising" his nephew, Nathan, in the business and Nathan was very helpful too!

Ryan went above and beyond to make "the deal" with us and the BMW X3 we bought from him. No hidden fees or tricks (that we unfortunately, tend to expect when buying a car). They're straightforward and are able to answer all your questions. I will not only buy from Ryan again but will refer North Bay Motors, without hesitation, to my family and friends!

Ryan was super helpful, kind, and communicative throughout my process of buying a car for the first time. He cleaned the car, did an oil change, replaced the air filters, put a full tank of gas, and is putting new tires on my 2016 dodge charger. He is an honest man who isn't just trying to make a sale off of someone and genuinely wants you to make your own opinions and find the best option that works for you. I needed a new car and wanted something different. I found a beautiful car on Craigslist that was listed by North Bay Motors. I took a long drive to see the car, but I'm glad I did. Ryan is knowledgeable, very straightforward to talk to, and easy to work with. He did a beautiful job detailing the car, and gave me a very fair trade-in price for my vehicle old car.

Purchased a VW and got a great deal. Lost the car in an accident and actually got payed out 3,500 more than I purchased it for. If your looking for a like new used car this is your place. Got a 2016 VW Jetta for $10,500 with only 22K miles and 2 years on the warranty back in 2018. The owner is amazing. Would never trust another car dealer ever. He will find you the car you want I guarantee.
