North Bay Shuttle

We live in Terra Linda and needed airport transportation for a 17-day trip out of SFO. Usually we leave our car at Sky Park but their rate for that amount of time was over $200. So we called North Bay Shuttle and now we're hooked. They arrived early for our early flight (4:30am!) and had us to SFO in 45 minutes. When we returned it was rush hour (3pm Friday) but the driver was there and waiting, 5 minutes away. United had a 1-hr delay unloading baggage but the driver dealt with the bad traffic and had us home in better time than we could have driven ourselves. They are reliable and charge the lowest rate we could find. Their door-to-door service is a luxury, and it's a private shuttle--no sharing the ride with other passengers. In the future we'll use them for every trip that lasts over a week.

The only way to get to and from the local airports! Super easy to book via their website, they confirm your reservation, and call you the day before to confirm again. The drivers have always been on-time, super friendly, and safe drivers. The prices are also super reasonable. I love not having to worry about getting to the airport, finding parking, and then getting a shuttle to the airport.

Excellent! We just used their service from Santa Rosa to SFO airport going and returning. Excellent service - great communication with the office and the drivers. and their pricing is quite a bit less than the other similar services I called for a quote - highly recommended! On the return our flight sat on the tarmack for an hour waiting for a gate and another hour waiting for baggage. Our driver waited patiently all that time as we texted back and forth with updates. Once again - highly recommended.

We decided to try NorthBay Shuttle based on its excellent yelp reviews. We were very pleased with quality and efficiency of the service. The longterm parking at SFO now is $25/day and with a 20 day trip it would have cost $500 to park there. Plus the additional hassle of having to deal with loading the bags on and off the AirTrain from parking garage to terminal. We had 3 adult riders and 3 large bags to check, plus another smaller overhead bag. We needed a ride to SFO from Novato for an early morning flight with a check in time of 5:30AM. It wasn't as practical for us to use the Airporter at that hour. Our driver arrived promptly at 4:30AM in a full sized van. Helped us with our bags and dropped off at the terminal right on time. The driver was very courteous and professional. The fee included an additional $40 for early morning pickup and $5 for credit card use as the website clearly indicated. This was a no brainer and we would definitely use the service again.
