Parked here for a stay at Pickwick hotel. The hotel was decent. After spending the night I noticed my car was reparked. By all means its no lambo, but also not a honda civic.

The original valet let me self park my car, he even moved a car parked on the wall to let me park by myself and so nobody else had to move my car later on in the night to let other people through. At 2AM the night valet got into my car to rev the engine, then repark in the same spot. There was absolutely no reason for them to do this.

After calling the manager he seemed angry that I even called him. Asking how I got his number, which I got from the hotel. Then asking what proof I had of this incident. I have a dashcam that records 24/7.

I found this parking garage through way.com. Sadly they are running a scammy operation. When I arrived at parking garage they refused to honor discounted price I had obtained through the way.com website and insisted I pay the full price. I was boggled that they were doing a bait and switch! Beware if parking here.

Morning Oscar, awesome!!! Guy was so friendly and accommodating to me. Guess the previous workers earned the negative reviews because I found everything awesome. I highly recommend this place for short or long term parking.

I used their parking services for two hours and you can imagine my shock when I came back to find a flat back rear tire. For reference, this parking lot is a dirt lot, no proper lighting and $20 on a Saturday. Closes at 11:30pm. Unable to hold them accountable for the flat tire so save yourselves damage to your car and don't park here!

I work in the area and parked my car here for the day mainly because of the price- $18. There is no self park option, valet only. When I came to retrieve my car at the end of the day, the worker backed another car into mine as I was watching! The front of my car was scratched up and dented and all he did was have me a phone number to call. Very unprofessional. Very poor service. Still trying to get the damages repairs on my car. Never park here!

Been parking here for a few weeks and haven't had a problem. Came to get my car today and the ignition is all messed up. I left them with two keys. Apparently someone tried to force my Toyota key into a Honda. I can now see why the terrible ratings.

Practically a Criminal enterprise to charge 40 for parking on a theater night and to only have one person working, leaving people standing for a long time and the guy running. Do not support this operation unless they show some respect for heir patrons and their employees

I give them 1 star only because there's no 0 stars allowed in this system. Be aware their clock is at least 15 minutes faster than yours. They set their time in this way so they can charge you more. Never park here again.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We locked money in our car so that we wouldn't lose it walking around the city and one of the employees stole it. The so called "owner" "matt pur" shrugged it off as if nothing happened. He was rude, non-responsive, and a jerk. Do not park your car with these people. They're thieves.

If i could leave a negative star review i would. Stayed at hotel whitcomb.. Get in room see my truck being parked. Friggin ahole spins my tires. I have a manual transmission so the only way to do that is to throw it in drive from reverse or vice versa. Complained to hotel and they said they will address it..well come to find out theyare seperate entities. Flew out of sfo. Then flew back. As i was walking up to my truck i notice a yellow scratch on my bumper about a foot long. Apparently they scratched it on a yellow pole .. Complained.. They gabe me number to manager. Left message.. Day goes by no call back. I call again.. The manager says let me talk to my guys and ill get back to you.. Guy calls me back and says we didnt do it .. Then asks why i didnt file a claim when i noticed it.. I tell him his worker told me to call him... Lesson here? Always take pics before they park your car.
