Dave, (the owner?) is impossible to deal with, it took two years to resolve an improper installation of a fixture. They never resolved unsatisfactory installation of undercount sink (askew). They mis-measured one counter and had to re-do. Tile work contractor, on the other hand, was excellent. There are better and more reasonably priced alternatives

Dave has designed and built our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Top grade materials and build quality. We had a great experience.

I got what I needed. They have cute fixtures for the bathroom. The people working there allowed me to just browse and were available for questions. Didn't have my first choice item but I'm glad (it was much pricier). Second choice was great.

My husband and I visited their showroom today and the only greeting we received was from their dog! What kind of business has a "ring bell for service" when they have employees just sitting around? Wouldn't you at least acknowledge customers who enter your showroom? We are taking our business elsewhere. Zero stars if it was an option.

I must say that my initial experience was rather poor, as I placed orders for blinds for my new home, and the person in charge of my order dropped the ball on several occasions. My order ended up being delayed by over 6 weeks and I was upset that I had to be chasing her to get updates instead of having her do her job.

I had a long discussion with Michelle, the owner. She heard my frustrations and validated my concerns, and advised me that they would be working on fixing this in the future by hiring personnel who take their job more seriously and are more responsive.

That means a lot to me. Mistakes happen, but taking ownership and responsibility and putting in the effort to make things better in the future is all I. An ask for. I will definitely be shipping their store again!

Should have read the reviews! Bought a floor model vanity. The salesperson, Jennifer was pleasant enough. For some reason I thought this was a high-end business with good customer service. The second after I made the purchase (non refundable) it was as if they lost all interest in me. I specifically asked that they wrap the vanity so that it wouldn't be damaged during delivery and also because I would be storing it in my garage for a month. I also asked salesperson to pick out some faucets for me within my budget. The next day when I called to let them know when I would pick up the vanity, I asked about the faucets. She said she hadn't had time to look at faucets for me. Okay, whatever, I will look myself. At that time, I reiterated that I wanted the vanity wrapped to protect it. She assured me that would happen. You know the end of the story: vanity arrived NOT wrapped. Somehow, I wasn't surprised, but I was angry. I called just to let them know and all they said was they thought I meant blankets for the move which they did not provide anyway, and "oh they also didn't have enough plastic wrap to cover the vanity". Really? All in all not a horror story like some but I'll still never go back, nor recommend them to family or friends.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars but unfortunately there isn't! Do not waste your money or time with these people. They by far have THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. They took my $$$ back in October 2018 and I still have not received my complete vanity...they have ridiculous excuses, don't return calls or emails for weeks on end and have refused to compensate me or refund any of my money.
Plain and simple DO NOT USE them for anything!

Northbay kitchen and Bath is one of the best places around to find what you need when you do when you need to do a bath remodel when we walked into the store I got some great ideas and I change my mind about our design after I found out that beautiful shower I fell in love with as well as a vanity that I have been looking for for sometime. Christina Casazza helped us tremendously in the process and we ended up with our the bathroom of our dreams

We lost our home in the 2017 Sonoma County Wildfires. We decided to rebuild. Although we found a contractor we were totally lost as to how to proceed and where to go for all of our interior needs from floors, to cabinets to lighting. Our contractor was of no help. He kept referring us to places like Lowes and Home Depot. They were of no help to people like us who were totally ignorant regarding interior design. In fact I had a stress related heart attack. Then we found NorthBay Kitchen and Bath in Petaluma. They saved us. Catherine and Dave have gone above and beyond to provide us with outstanding customer service, high quality products and timely service. Their floor, cabinet and tile installers have done a more than perfect job.

We are building a home worth close to 2 million dollars---North Bays products and labor are certainly of a quality befitting a high end home.

I am quite befuddled by the negative reviews on this site. We have never been more please with a product or service than we have with North Bay!!!!

No communication with the owner at all. Tried a few times to set up a time to meet him to pick out stone but the times were always when I told Kristina I couldn't do it due to my husband and I working. Kristina no longer works there and. I one followed up with us to set up a time. I had to call and someone said they would give Dave the owner my number. Still no phone call. I guess we will take our business elsewhere where they want our money.

Incredibly disappointed in this outfit. I strongly recommend against using them.

These folks clearly didn't want my business. It took 3 months to get a final estimate for a bathroom remodel (after I paid for a design effort that didn't meet expectations) which ended up being well more than double what I told them my budget was - $25 to $30K.

Why would they do this? Their labor estimate alone was more than my stated budget. And they added on a profit item on top of the labor and materials that was over half of my stated budget. Multiple times they failed to get back to me with information, they postponed meetings and once was 25 minutes late for a meeting at their store.

If they were honest from the start and simply told me they were unable to meet my budget I could have saved a lot of time and frustration.
