I highly recommend this company. I worked with Nick and we installed a UV filter for sterilization and a calcite filter for PH balancing and they were easy to talk with, didn't try to oversell us, and very informative. The work required doing some re-piping of our system, too. The work was easy and quick to schedule and done very well. We had a faulty valve in the calcite filter while we were away which resulted in the unit not closing and allowing water to continuously flow. This emptied our well cistern. Nick was out within a few hours to replace the faulty part and also paid to have a water truck refill our cistern also with that couple hours. Really appreciate the prompt response and making us whole even though I realize the well refill cost should have been born by the manufacturer whose part failed.

Nick read my water report and made equipment suggestions. He came out to my property with a mini purification system to see if his intended set up solution would actually work to relieve my high iron issues. Nick did this for free prior to me dropping a large sum of money. We went forward with the project. There were a few minor kinks but Nick was always responsive and on task and now my water is starting to come in clear! Nick is your water solution guy for your water problems. Super cool dude too! Very polite and professional!

After using them for years, they pulled the old bait & switch. Used outragously expensive parts; $ 30 for a pvc union, when Lowe's sella perfectly good union for $9. $120 just to come out & work for1/2 an hour.
Over $400 for a simple fix. NO MORE!!!!

Van driver blew thru my 10mph street and upset all my neighbors.
Waiting for delivery when we heard the squealing of tires screeching down the hill on our windy 10mph lane around the blind corner the guy driving didn't even tap his brakes. He whipped into the driveway so fast it's a miracle he didn't crash. I will never use these clowns again and recommend that you don't either.
Maybe they need to start drug testing the drivers or maybe they need to not schedule them to close between appointments that they need to use reckless driving to get their wares around.

We had a full house water filtration and softener system installed by Northcoast waterworks. Everything looks great, and works even better.

Nick and his team are total professionals, and Nick is the world's nicest guy. They designed and installed a very sophisticated system for us in Sonoma including a Reverse Osmosis component to remove the silica from the water. He taught us how the systems works, the few things we need to keep an eye on throughout the year, and now the team comes and maintains it twice a year. Very reasonably priced service, too.

Northcoast Waterworks went above and beyond to help us with a tricky install on a water cooler / filteration system for our office. Responds quickly to emails and phone calls. Highly recommended.

Can't say enough about how helpful Nick and the team from Northcoast are. Before we bought our home Nick spent time on the phone with me explaining how we could address the water quality issues in the existing well. That was 3 years ago and since then we have had them install an RO unit, a softener, and pre-filtration system. It's been working great and they are always super responsive when we have questions or need any assistance.

Simply AWESOME! I've been through many companies to service my well and related equipment - most were dishonest or didn't get the job done. These guys are at the other end of the spectrum - true pros who really know what it takes to get you high quality water. Integrity is another word I'd use to describe them. Dominic Tilker has been nothing but straight with me - even if it meant he wasn't going to make a sale. Also, their service guys, Curtis and Timmy, re-plumbed my entire well house and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

If you're using someone else for water treatment, you need to switch your business to Northcoast. You will NOT be sorry.

Fluffy had a whole house system installed as well as a drinking water system. The decision for me was to go with a Kinetico system through Waterworks or just replace the Culligan system that came with the house. Costs were about equal for similar products and, if you've done on-line research, you'll know that there's opinions and reviews for each. In the end, the Bunny clan selected Kinetico in a toss-up. Installation was thorough and professional, and customer service is great. Gene is not always available, but he always returns calls and is very knowledgable in his field.

We're hoppin' happy with North Coast Waterworks. As I've told Mrs. Bunny, the first sip of freshly filtered water is really expensive but every one after that is free. (I gave them 4 carrots only because all water systems are so expensive.)
