Northern Breeze

Alan at Northern Breeze was very hospitable and assistive in the process for my boats repair. Its was not easy to find mechanical help Alans services made it so. I would recommend Northern Breeze to others.

Allen was quick to get back to me about my 1989 Bayliner with 5.7L Volvo Penta engine connected to a OMC Cobra. He was one of the few people in the region that had a knowledgeable mechanic about this type of setup.

He organized for the repairs to take place at my marina and we did the Lower Shift Cable as well as swapped the outdrive with a replacement I had.

Was reliable, quick , and always got back to me. Charged me fairly for the hours and I'm very happy with the repair

Alex and his Boat Guys were great honest with they put opinion or putting my boat back together. I had a flood and was told that it needed a new engine and Alex and his guys came in at the boat got it finish and timely Matters very knowledgeable about fixing boats will return for any other Boat problems that I have. I would definitely be giving them a call again if I have any more problems great job Guys.

I was very happy with my service from Northern Breeze. Allen was professional, organized, and made sure the on-site repair process went smoothly. I had a battery issue with my power boat. I got an appointment promptly, and their mechanic, Zach, solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also offered other insights that were very helpful. Very pleased with the attention and the outcome.

I had gone bass fishing at Clear Lake and when I got home, I noticed all these dings and gouges on my gelcoat! Apparently, I went too shallow and hit some rocks, without even knowing.
I had previously used a mobile gelcoat repair based in the North Bay but had not been 100% satisfied. I am very picky and particular about the appearance of my boat. I have a classic Boston Whaler 15' center console.
I saw a Northern Breeze Boat Repair ad on CL and called. Allen answered and asked for pics of the damage. After I sent the pics, he promptly gave me a firm estimate.
He sent John, the very next day. Right away, John seemed very seemed very genuine and amiable. Soon after John started working
I saw that he is a supreme craftsman. It was obvious that he prided himself of his work as he thoroughly and meticulously worked on my boat. He was professional and courteous and answered all my questions, even though I had so many. He worked on my boat for a few days, returning exactly when he said he would, very promptly.
After the work was finished, I could not tell where the damage had been. He matched the color of my faded gelcoat extremely well and his quality of work was head and shoulders above any other I have seen in my 40 years of boating!
I would not hesitate to use Northern Breeze Boat Repair in the future. They also do ride alongs when you go to buy a used boat. Their prices are very reasonable and Allen is very responsive when you call for estimates.
I look forward forward to working with John on future boat projects. I whole heatedly recommend John for your gelcoat or paint repairs. He will work carefully and meticulously, take his time and do the job right. He will also go above and beyond to make sure the client is happy! John is the best craftsman I ever took my boat to!
