Nur HVAC

We wanted to install an AC in our condo and replace the old gas furnace. We are happy that we had business with Nur HVAC. Their estimator was a professional who explained us all the options including the least expensive ones. Their quotes and estimates looked honest and fair, their pricing was way better than the competitors (almost twice less the amount than some other greedy dealers). We decided to proceed and made an appointment for the installation. The equipment installed is modern and quiet. The consumables used were all high quality and brand new. The guys were professional, on time, diligent and not cutting corners during the installation process. All conduits look neat and nice. Everything looks great. They left the place tidy and clean.

After we used the system for a couple of days we realized that some custom tuning might be necessary for our apartment, to which Nur HVAC quickly made a new appointment and fixed all the issues for free.

Nur HVAC are reliable, responsible and dependable. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs HVAC services in Bay Area.

We got a few quotes from other companies too. They were sending us basically a sales person who would be just trying to figure out how much we could afford to pay. So I ended up with a few obviously unfair quotes which I didn't want to proceed with. Also the sales people were not always nice. Once they find out your budget is tight, they kinda lose interest in you. Reluctantly talking and just leaving as soon as they can.

This is a review for Nur HVAC. I replaced my previous Daikin split AC indoor and outdoor units with a Mitsubishi Heat Pump connected to my central duct and removed my old aging central heating unit as well. Their quote was in the middle compared to others, though others quoted lower prices for non-Mitsubishi systems. They recommended a top-of-the-line Mitsubishi system for installation. They are a diamond-certified installer of Mitsubishi systems.

Their professionalism and work quality were just top-notch. I interacted with Elias, who surveyed and provided the price quote. He responded to all the questions I had. The installers were Eldar and Maxim. They worked in the sweltering heat to install the system quickly. Their work is just _so_ clean. A lot of attention to detail. They followed up with visits to check on the system and confirm that things are working well. I highly recommend them, and I will use them again.

We got a new heat pump from Nur. Adlan and his coworker came to install it. They were both amazing - diligent and through. Our air handler had an issue and they came back a second day to take care of it. Highly recommend them.

We installed a heat pump recently to be able to have AC and to replace an old furnace. Reached out to a few HVAC contractors and decided to go with NUR to install a Mitsubishi heat pump. David was our first point of contact and one of the main reasons we chose NUR. When he came to visit and provide an initial estimate, he explained the different options available and what to consider for each one, from duel fuel options to heat pumps. He was not pushy and was very patient with our questions. Afterwards, he provided a few quotes for us and answered questions via email and phone promptly.

When it came to the installation, his team (Artur, Ilias, and others) was great as well; they were all very respectful and took great care in making sure the install was done properly. The install took 3 days and David came to check in towards the end of the install to make sure everything was working properly and things were cleaned up. NUR helped schedule the HERS test and city inspection afterwards.

Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend working with NUR for any HVAC needs!

Called in on Saturday and set up an appointment on Monday. Adlan showed up a little early and got to work after I explained that the condenser fan wasn't operating, but it appears to be getting power. He quickly diagnosed the problem being a slightly loose wire from the fuse box and a bad capacitor. We were up and running very quickly and Adlan explained every step of the way so I understood what the problem was and how it was resolved. Very polite fella, too.

Islam provided excellent service for my rental property and even came in lower than estimated. Clear communication and provided photos of the issues with my HVAC unit. Definitely recommend.

They responded very quickly and were able to send out a tech within a couple days. They didn't have the parts they needed to fix our AC due to it's age and condition on the first visit, so we scheduled them to come back when they acquired the parts to finish the job. The tech was quick and efficient, and tested everything before completing the job. Definitely recommended.

Adlan came on time and found the problem right away. AC fixed within 30 mins, we were so grateful as there is a heat wave this week. Came inside to measure the air filter temperatures and the vent temperatures. Will call Nur HVAC again if needed.

Nur HVAC are great company for HVAC. David, Alexander, Constantine and Arthur are very helpful and they are all knowledgeable and experienced with HVAC. They are very competitive in price and they have quality HVAC and the workmanship is excellent. We are very happy with this company.
