Love Billy and Xavier! These guys were the most reasonable and also most polite in terms of scheduling and pricing! We got some pretty ridiculous estimates, and weren't even offered a second visit which was free with nyc pest control.
Billy is the owner and he was so kind, courteous, and the easiest to work with.
I've done the leg work for you. No one beats his prices and honestly you're getting quite the service too. Don't trust anyone else to get rid of pests for you! Thank you Billy and team!

Spoke with NYC Pest Control last week. They gave super helpful advice over the phone. Unfortunately, they were short staffed so referred me to another company. Too bad because I think I would have really enjoyed working with them. Highly professional & knowledgeable company.

I moved into a building that had a terrifying amount of bugs at first. I now look forward to visits from NYC Pest Control as i know i won't see a creepy crawler out the corner of my eye when making my morning coffee for the next month.

We moved into a building with a massive roach problem, and no one in our building was singing up for monthly treatment, and we were the first due to a sighting we'd had about 6 months ago.

When NYC Pest Control came by, they sent their best team!! Xavier is probably one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He fully educated us on which bugs were most likely to see and where and how to prevent them in between treatment, but most importantly, we noticed during the months we had our apartment treated we had no issues at all whatsoever--even if we left food out or if our bathrooms had moisture, we saw NOTHING. Any month we missed the treatment like if we weren't home when they cane by, we knew it was possible run into a single roach before the next treatment due to the issue on our block. We've only encountered 3 single roaches in a 6 month period and that's once when we moved in and it was not being treated and once after missing nearly 2 months of extermination. Although our super hasn't opted to treat the issue on a building level and leaves it up to apartments, Xavier mentioned having everyone in the building opt to have their unit treated would help our issue. Right now we're working to get our whole building involved because just by treating our unit alone we've seen a massive difference!! I know after Xavier visits, it's guaranteed we won't encounter a single bug. He knows what he's doing!!

Bottom line is I have so much confidence in this pest control service based on firsthand experience. These regular treatments have made it possible to live on a highly infested block without having a major issue in our apartment.

Xavier is so personable, knowledgeable and diligent. He always gives an update, sets traps around the apartment as a precaution and spends considerable time spraying at risk areas. Super reliable! I'd hire them independently if our building didn't take care of it.

I need to get rid of some pests off my garden. I asked them through Yelp the chemicals they were using and activities they would be doing. They were very courteous and responsive. The exterminator Bill came, and he was super friendly and helpful. He fan-sprayed everywhere, and gave me tips to quickly eradicate insect pests in the future. He also pointed out to me problem areas in my exterior where I should pay attention to. Overall, very happy with work them, prices were reasonable, and would highly, highly, recommend them to anyone. I would definitely work with them again in the future if I ever need pest control services again.

Bill is a great guy. Treated my mother and I with a lot of respect. We'll be sure to call this company again if we have any issues with our home.

Spoke to Bill on the phone for a houseplant pest infestation in my apartment and he straight up told me that they're not licensed to handle this specific situation. He then patiently gave me in depth advice on how to tackle the infestation with various tactics and strategies, without any fees or expecting anything in return. WOW!

This speaks volumes of how incredible Bill and his family conducts business with so much integrity. Genuine, kind hearted people like Bill and his family are so rare nowadays and I'm so fortunate to have come across their Yelp page.

I had a problem with wasps in a backyard. It took a number of visits but they came back and got them all. They are a little on the pricey side but they didn't charge me for the additional visits that they needed to came.
