Went to O'Reilly's on the recommendation of my neighbor and friend David when I needed a new battery for my mom's Honda Accord.

walked in kind of tired and out of it that day but Mary was very helpful and seemed to know her stuff! Assisted me with choosing the right battery for what I needed and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

She even installed the battery for me and carried the heavy battery up the street on a cart and impressed me with her knowledge of working on cars in a time when most younger people including guys can't even change a tire on their own or drive a stick shift these days!

My only gripe is that there is next to no parking anywhere! I think there was two or three regular spaces that were already being used and a handicap space out on the side of the store. That and I thought the prices for batteries are crazy expensive these days, as I remember paying about sixty bucks for a car battery back in the day!

Otherwise, my first visit to this shop couldn't have gone any better and a big thank you to Mary.

I never realized how spoiled I was living so close to an auto store until this latest Crowdstrike outage crippled a lot of online options. Well, I had already planned to change the oil in my car this weekend, so off to O'Reilly's I went. They were responsive I. The phone, and in person. They had all the items I needed, and I was able to come back to recycle my oil here as well. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal squad of knowledgeable chaps in this here parlor of parts. From personal experiences to trouble shooting, Mike and all will have a solution for you and your car needs.

They have a WIDE variety of oils and filters, shop is excellently clean and the parking lot is now open (construction was happening) so try not to be dissuaded by the stresses of SF street parking. I visit the area frequently and have called this O'Reilly my 'go-to' for all my car's (and that of my boss') needs.

I'll also throw it out there that they answer the phone every time I've called, the tools section is well stocked and, again, the staff is friendly and more helpful than your favorite gear head uncle.

Have been using them as far back as when they were called Sherba's. Great customer service. Great inventory. Easy residential neighborhood district with a very small parking lot.

I went to Oreiley on Taravel St today to buy tire cap. I understand this gentleman was the only one on front desk. I asked him if he could help put on, my car was just in front of the store. he said, no, he was not allowed to. what did he mean by not allow to??? I bought windshield wipers there, someone came out and put on for me. what kind of employee they hired? someone who refused to help their costumers???

Came here on Sunday and I was trying to look for cabin air cleaning spray. 'I've been looking at for awhile in one of the aisle but I didn't really find it. While I was looking for the cabin air cleaning spray, one of the employee who works there with a pair of sunglasses on were next to me ( why would you where a pair of sunglasses indoor at work, did you had a fight at the club last night and got a black eye or something? Does your supervisor even say anything about it?) , so I asked him if I could have a quick question for the spray I'm looking for. He told me "Go to the line !" I said " you cannot answer one quick simple question? He walked and turned around and looked at me while he's walking. From that point I tried to look for it by myself again and I couldn't find the cabin air cleaning spray. I feel helpless and unsatisfied, so I didn't get anything and left the store.

Oh well, it's alright I finally got it from Auto Zone with better help for a simple product and I appreciate with them.

O'Reilly (Taravel) I know you've been long business on the location, but you will never have my business again.

Super friendly staff. I actually go here for miscellaneous car wash/detailing products all the time as they have a great selection. They are always super nice and I love how easy it is to get to. I am leaving this five star review because I unluckily popped my tire across the street picking up an order at Dim Sum Club the other day. TPMS went from 33 psi to 0 psi in about 30 seconds. I pulled into the parking lot at O'Reilly, changed the spare tire in about 15 minutes and left. The staff politely let me know that repairs weren't allowed in the parking lot but understood the unique circumstances. I really appreciated that they recognized that I would be quick, made sure there were empty parking spots for other customers and that I wasn't going to leave a mess. Their policies are truly customer focused. "No repairs" ensures that the parking lot always has spots for customers and doesn't fill up in way that prevents customers in a hurry from getting in and out (while ensuring safety from leaking fluids, etc.) but I really appreciated that they understood when a one-time exception to the rule was reasonable. Not only does this make me a continued repeat customer for life, but it really makes me feel like this O'Reilly really cares about the Parkside community.

For everything that I need, which is the basic maintenance stuff such as finishing products, tool replacement, general maintenance.... this is my "go to" place.

Parking is difficult since the City shut down street parking. But its manageable.

Nice low stress location and helpful team.
I appreciate the lack of pushing an up sell and that the O'reilly team is able to do some of the needed installations that are beyond the skill set of some of us.
Had a very positive experience here getting my wiper blades replaced, and at the Geary location getting a quality air pressure guide, plus they have a frequent shopper program.

I was real disappointed when I asked for assistance. I came in to get oil and I couldn't find where it says it on my car. The guy behind the counter said I needed to go back outside and look on my cap which I took a photo of it but there wasn't anything but a brand name. I asked if he help me look it up on his computer and huffed and puffed like I was bothering so I was apologetic.. he told me what it was but I couldn't find it in the brand it recommended. So I asked him again and he got upset and pointed at a different brand. I don't think I was wrong to ask for help since I have no clue about where there products are located but man, he was just plain rude. Even at the counter we waited for him to finish his papers and he finally rung us up (me and another customer). I've been going here for years as I live around the corner and I couldn't believe the rudeness of this guy! You're making the neighborhood go to auto parts a bad rep!
