      Went in today with a friend to buy a new car battery and replace it ourselves. We had a lot of questions about the battery, tools for the job, etc etc., and took a lot of time. Grace provided excellent customer service, as did Jimmy, who went above and beyond the call of duty. He was more than generous with his time, patience, effort, and considerable expertise, both before and after we made our purchase. This was especially appreciated because the store was very busy at the time, and we occupied him for over half an hour. Superior service all around. Plus, they loan tools, which came in very handy. Even got $12 for giving them my old car battery.

      It's my first time to come here because I needed a car battery and the gentleman Henry was really accommodating and recommended the only tools I needed to change it, and nothing else.

      I was able to change it myself and I'm happy my car works again.

      He went above and beyond and so if you come here for anything, ask for Mr. Henry. He'll definitely be able to help you out.

      I needed a new battery I was going to purchase the battery so I asked them if they could put it in but they told me they don't do that anymore. So today I was up by the store why I seen them help a lady put in her battery after she purchased it

      Good selection of parts and good customer service.

      Tip: only park upstairs or on the street. Try not to park on the lower level.

      I'm rarely interested in writing reviews for big corporate chains but I have to write some thing about this place. Every store and every service person I deal with here are super nice. It actually feels like a small business store. Some even helped me install my windshield wipers. Windshield wipers are probably the only thing I try to get at this place and am dare to install by myself. I doubt these people get paid very much, and they are all super friendly and laid back. I really hope they stay in business and don't get run out by Amazon.

      I went to the O'Reilly Auto parts on 72nd and Federal in Colorado. I asked for a brake light bulb for a 2000 Lincoln LS sedan.
      "Front or Back," the lady asked me.
      "It's a brake light," I said.
      "Cars have both," she said wearily.
      Now I don't know about you, but I've never heard of front brake lights and there certainly are no front brake lights on a 2000 Lincoln LS.
      "Have a nice day," I said and left.
      In this culture it's more imporant to be right than to be accurate. Don't go to this store and tell anyone looking for parts to go elsewhere.
      Good Grief.

      Updated review

      The employee name JESUS was very rude and unprofessional when I asked him a quick question how to install the windshield whipper.

      He replied "oh you take out the old one and put the new one" with a mocking way.. I felt embarrassed in-front of customers and he thru the recipient on table without saying thank you or nothing.. it was a bad experience in this location, no customer service of whats so ever. Plus you try to ask for something and they tell you "oh i am not sure, go look for it"

      I needed a new motorcycle battery. I called first and were helpful with information. When I got to the store they didn't have the one I needed in stock but said they could get it and would be 2 hour wait. I went back a couple hours later and was ready to go for me. They took my old battery to dispose of safely. I got it home and installed and works great so far. Quick and friendly service and would come back again.
