I am forever thankful for this facility! They do incredible work, the price is affordable, and they are usually always available when I am looking to come in.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Being coming to this place for 5yrs ... even though I don't agree with them asking for a tip every service I would pay without question because I work in a field where I receive tips ... BUT AFTER TONIGHT I KNOW I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO THIS PLACE ! After my service while I was paying I informed the lady I will only be paying a $10 tip today ( I usually pay $20 or more ) the owner pressed me for about 5 mins to pay more and wouldn't charged my card until I agree to pay more !

I had to tell her my personal business ( being robbed) to why I didn't have the extra money to pay more this time . Then she charged Apple Pay and gave my phone back !

Unfortunately this is a 2-star downgrade from my previous review. I doubt seriously that the person who did the massage is even a remotely certified massage therapist. The massage was random and disorganized. and worst of all, the massage was completely unbalanced. At one point she was standing on my left arm after almost 25 minutes on the left arm. She spent 6 minutes on the right arm. The foot massage was similar to something your 10 year old kid would give you as a Christmas present.

The woman actually tried to use her elbows on my head. After trying to apply pressure to my skull with her elbow, her elbow slipped off, as you would expect, and gouged me in the neck.

Then there's the part about paying. She wants money before the massage. On top of that, she wants the tip written into the credit card receipt before the massage. I told you the woman I will tip in cash after. She actually had me split the bill paying half on credit card in half on cash. Then she charged an extra fee for the credit card.

After the very confusing and poorly delivered massage, I handed the woman a decent cash tip, considering the massage was completely amateur. The woman whispered oh, so that the manager could not here, come on more than that.

Did I mention that the woman actually took a phone call during the massage. for about 6 or 7 minutes she held the phone with one hand and massage with the other. No idea who called, because every time her phone rang, it would speak out loud, "unknown caller."

Ask for cleanliness, after the massage I watched her reset the room for the next customer. She shook out the sheets and put it right back on the massage table. She refolded the question sheet at the face hole.

This was my second experience at this business. It will be my last.

My wife and me already paid more than 15% tips then they ask more...I paid totally 30% and the lady still keep to talking about it's not enough, how much they want? And also the massage not very helpful, never come back again.

I have been coming here since I moved from NYC to Oakland (2019 - today) and wow, great value and incredible massage. My bf and I come here every few weeks and we always ask for Sasa and Jean - they are our go to for couples massage. One walks on my bf's back while I get a full body massage. We got one yesterday at 8:30pm after driving up from LA the same day. My neck was messed up and I asked for focus in certain areas - not only did they find it, they massaged all the parts that connect to my neck pain with so much attention I felt line I melted into the massage table lol. I felt incredible after and woke up today feeling 100% and am so thankful for this place. Gave them a nice holiday tip and am will be recommending family to come here

It's in Chinatown so for me I knew they were going to be handling me the way I need be
I wanted these feet reflexology'd lol And the lady insisted that I should get a hr of feet and body massage.
I kept saying , no I need these feet to be taken care of because they are some tired babies
Tired of what? Idk but it sound good
So one hr of feet only $35
So 10 minutes into my hr, I'm knocked out
Snoring and some mo'
I wake up to these feet feeling hands and motions that they never felt
"Wow omg this feels so damn good"
So I'm thinking we are winding down and my time is almost up.
Next thing you know I hear, turn over

Am I about to get a quick body rub?

That's what it was not. She then stretches me and my lower back starts to crack crack
Sheesh , I so needed that
She started getting kinks and knots out that I've been trying to get out for a while now

Fantastic place for a full body massage. Pre-shut down, I would come here every Friday for a 2 hour massage. They are the real deal; hardcore, will make your eyeballs sweat, Chinese massage. Elbows digging into your soul, and you walk out of there high as a kite and feeling amazing. Time to go back!

One of the most beneficial massages I've ever had. I got the cupping/ scrapping massage though, I don't think there was much gua sha that was performed. The cupping was intense and my back was bruised from the suction but it relieved a lot of tension. She also gave me a massage that included walking on my back. It was intense but she cracked my back and relieved tension. 60 min massage for cupping/gua sha was $85 plus tips. I will returning. However, if you are new to this, proceed with caution as it can be intense for some.

I walked in for a 30 mins massage for $42 dollars. The massage lady at the end told me I should give her $20-25 dollar tips. I told her that I usually tips at 20% of the original price which should be around $9 dollars but she said they don't go it here and I should tip $20. It's so annoying and unprofessional to demand customers to tip at 50%.

What's so sad about this place is that I was considering to come back in the future before she asked for the ridiculous tips. I ended up tipping her $20 dollars and walked out knowing that I will never ever come back again.
