OC Windshields Auto Glass & Tint

My mom accidentally reversed her car in the garage and hit a shelf, shattering the rear window glass. I did some research and got cheaper quotes from other auto glass service companies but they didn't have anything available for another 3-4 days. OC Windshields was the only company that had a team available for a same-day last minute mobile appointment. The two technicians were very nice, and finished the task in about an hour. The total fee was $500, which included the company coming out to my home, the cleaning, vacuuming, the rear window, and the installation. I am very pleased with this company, and if I ever have another incident (hopefully, I don't), then I will know who to call.

Had a rock chip my front windshield while driving on the freeway and got estimates at various places. Decided to come here for the friendly and quick response time and I'm glad I did.

I was able to get an 8am appointment for the next morning, they told me it would take about 3 hours. The guys were prompt and got started on my car....2 1/2 hours later they were done. The tint looks great, keeps the inside kool and my car looks good. They did a fantastic job and it didn't cost as much as I thought.

Completely satisfied with the service I received here today. I had a quote almost instantly via Yelp, was able to make my appt for an hour and a half later, and the service was quick and easy. Thank you for a smooth experience. Would definitely return for any windshield needs.

Sent request for quotes for my four side windows and the front windshield. Got quotes in fast per my request. Scheduled and made $50 deposit. Went in today and was told I was only scheduled for the four sides but not the windshield and I would have to come back another time to get it done since they are fully booked. I asked for the refund on my $50 deposit and they refused to do so as they claimed they are not at fault and the fault is mine. They told me I didn't approve the quote on the windshield so they only scheduled me for the four sides. Here comes the question. Following their logic, I didn't approve any quotes then.
The truth is, they made a false assumption that I am only doing the sides and not admitting it and putting their fingers on their customers. How did they get so many good reviews I don't know but I will never come back or recommend anyone.

Thanks to Yelp , I was able to send messages to different local businesses about what I was looking to have done. The car was broken into, and as a result, the front passenger side window was shattered. OC Windshields Auto Glass was one of the places that was the most affordable to replace the passengers' glass. I was able to be in contact with a person from the shop via Yelp messages and phone.

They asked for a deposit of half of the cost for the repair. Thankfully, my partner was able to take my car into their shop to get the glass replaced. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided accurate wait time for the job to be done. The waiting area was nice and comfortable.

For people who are veterans or are still serving, you get a $25 discount, but make sure to ask just in case they are doing this for a limited time (military discount). I definitely recommend them.

This business will take your money mess up your car and never call to rectify. I would avoid at all costs. They don't know what they are doing on newer cars. Not only am I out the $905 I paid them I'm out the additional $1000 I have to pay someone else to fix their work. Avoid

Great service, great prices, answered a thousand questions I had, and you can't beat their warranty. Had both my vehicles fully tinted and very pleased with the end product. Will use them for any future vehicles and highly recommend.

As most people, I was very upset when a rock hit my windshield and caused damage. I figured my only option was to replace it.
The windshield of my vehicle is expensive so I wanted to explore all my options before getting a new one.
