OCD Detailing

I would like to start by saying Marco was referred to me by someone who use to detail my car.

the quality of work and attention to detail and honesty of this guy is what was really won me over.

I had requested a full detail on my black on black Range Rover that would have cost me $650 the day I showed up to drop the car off he advised me my car didn't need that much and I saved $300 because he only said I needed a mini detail.

His attention to what I needed in the interior was also highly satisfying I asked for no chemicals or shiney stuff.

Overall he is worth the 2 weeks wait I waited to get my car done.

Love the quality and detail of Marcos work. He is very accommodating and knows his stuff. I am really happy I found someone who is willing to go above and beyond in their work. The cost is worth the quality of the wash. Will continue to use him for future car washes and details.

Marco was super professional. I tried out a few guys before. One no showed and the other did not do quality work. Marco was punctual and provided great work on my Mercedes. High quality polish and 3 year ceramic coating.

Took my large Toyota SUV in for the full interior/exterior detail, cost $499.00 At pick-up I did a cursory inspection and everything looked great. After I got the car home I did a more through inspection. Unfortunately they neglected to clean under the roof-rack cross bars (see photos) and the hood stone/bug deflector. At first I thought it was corrosion under the crossbars but using a bit of Dawn dishwashing liquid and a microfiber cloth it was just built-up dirt that came right off. It just needed a little extra effort.
After I pointed this out in a text I expected an apology and/or offer to make it right. Received neither, so this review. I deducted one star for not doing the first class job I paid for and a second star for lack of communication. So three stars is what they earned.

This review is 2 weeks overdue. I forgot the owners name, but he is very respectful and easy to work with. I brought in my 2014 Ram to get multiple scratches removed from a paint transfer. He was able to remove all the paint transfer scratches with ease. My truck looked like nothing had happened to it. Definitely coming back for future work. Quick and professional work at a reasonable price.

Had my neglected mk7 Golf R detailed by Marco and was fully satisfied with the results. Marco walked me through my options, gave reasonable recommendations and never felt like he was upselling.

Car came out as good looking as a ten year old car could reasonably look. I'll definitely be taking my cars back here in the future.

WOW! Marco is an excellent auto detailer! I inherited a 2004 G35 from my Uncle. He was original owner and he did not pay much attention to upkeep of interior. It has never been detailed and so it showed lots of deferred detailing to be done... aka interior was somewhat grungy. I am preparing to sell it but first I wanted it detailed. I looked for 5 star detailers on YELP and chose this company... Glad I did... Marco detailed this interior so well my wife said it seriously looks brand new. She wants me to have him detail her interior soon! BTW he is a very nice guy who demonstrated to me that he really cares about customer satisfaction. I experienced first hand why he has so many favorable comments and 5 star reviews. I recommend him to you.

The pipes above my parking spot in my apartment leaked a chemical onto my car paint in multiple spots and it wasn't coming off no matter what I tried: vinegar, alcohol, soap.... So I messaged OCD Detailing for a quote and Marco hit me back within the same day with a great price. I dropped the car off and he even provided me with an Uber to go back home while he worked on it. Also sent me text updates and ETA's. He finished quickly in a few hours. When I came back to pick it up, my car was the cleanest I've seen it in the past few years, inside and out. Marco even went out of his way to do some paint correction on the hood and wing. 11/10 I'd recommend to anyone. Thanks Marco

Reached out to get some quotes on ceramic coating for my Tesla. Marco was super fast to respond and was very helpful with every question I asked. I left my car there for the day and he offered a free Uber for me to get to work. Super quality work product, fair prices, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get just what you want.
