Over the last year, I have had the pleasure of working with Danny from OE Plus to install Blackvue dash cams in not one, but two of my cars. The experience was top-notch from start to finish for both installs.

1. Danny was extremely responsive right from the initial inquiry. He promptly answered my questions, provided recommendations, and scheduled the installation at my convenience. No waiting around or chasing after him - he was on the ball.

2. Danny's attention to detail and commitment to customer happiness were evident throughout the process. When the original installation of one of my dash cams interfered with the car's safety sensors, he came back, adjusted the placement, and ensured that the GPS worked flawlessly.

3. Danny's friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable. Plus, the quality of his work was outstanding. The dash cams are neatly installed, wires hidden, and everything functions perfectly, including preserving my car battery.

I worked with OE Plus to install a backup camera and CarPlay compatible screen for my Prius. Nelson was my main point of contact - he was clear with his communications, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

After 3 yrs of service the reverse-view camera that OE Plus had installed in my Econoline van went out. As I live in the foggy Sunset I suspected corrosion, not hardware. Dan was kind enough to come out and inspect. Lo and behold: rust was found in the ground circuit. After 20 mins my camera was back in operation! Thanks to Dan, for his scientific method, professionalism and kindness for covering the follow-up repair n/c.

Getting a response from them via phone, email, or yelp messaging is like pulling teeth. Took a week and a half to get pricing and availability. Was looking to get a new AVIN Avant 4 head unit installed on my E53 X5 and they quoted $500-$650 for an install with a week and a half until they can get me in for a mobile visit... that's high for SF even and a really long wait time. Second highest price I saw after reaching out to 6 other places with similarly high ratings was $300. Plus they told me that the radio I bought might not work properly even though it's a plug and play unit made for my car with VIN level specificity. No thanks.

I got a new car in June and purchased a dual dash cam off Amazon. I'm smart but not smart enough to hardwire and install it myself. He was at my place at the scheduled time and installed everything in like an hour and walked me through it all too. All the wires are neatly hidden away, everything is reversible, and he helped me get all the settings right. Pricing was clear when I contacted him and was the same price when it was all said and done. I appreciate the transparency. Would recommend again and again and again!
