Oil Changers

I received perfect service with a minimum of fuss. Kudos to Regg and Bee, who treated me extremely well, and right after my oil change, I drove 500 miles without a single issue.

How can you start a road trip without great service? Thanks again!

Just wanted to leave a review for Daniel and crew , I've had my car since 2017 and never knew about the filter behind glove box. Daniel didn't blink an eye he was on a mission to get the panel off and check this. It was definitely in need of changing ! Everyone was very polite and quick to get oil changed and even checked my tires. Very knowledgeable crew. I will definitely be back!

I just went to get my oil changed here first I asked if they had any coupons or specials and they said no but I saw there's a $10 off through Yelp but then she did give me $10 off after I had asked her again.. then every time I've come to oil changers in the past they have ALWAYS washed all my windows. They didn't offer so I asked them since they have always done it in the past and they just did the front windshield.!? I asked about the other windows they said they never do those which is a joke and why would you just wash the front windshield and not the rest..!?!? then when I drove off, I noticed they did not reset my car for the oil change light to go off so it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to do it on my own when I called they said to come back, I wasn't going to waste anymore time and go back there!!! super disappointing! Will not be back!! also when I got home and looked on the invoice, there were a bunch of things checked off that were not done including the maintenance reminder reset, they didn't check my lights, didn't check my wiper blades and I did not see them checking the tire pressure either!!! and they took less than 10 minutes. I feel very ripped off they charged me $100!!!

Well I went to the San Leandro location because my main line service place PRISTINE AUTO on 140th & INTERNATIONAL was packed ‍ so I started searching for another place.
Everybody was super expensive so not only did I get the BEST PRICE in town but I also got a 10% off WOW , how cool was that, righT!

So I got oil & transmission donE and right when I thought it couldn't get any better they said a week from now COME BACK TO GET TOPPED OFF!

I'm a big fan of Oil Changers. This was my first time at this location and the team was great. Got me in and out quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Will for sure go back to that location.

I changed the oil last week at your place and you guys forgot to install the cover back correctly

Workers here were very attentive and fast. Made some recommendations based on what they saw and was not pushy about it. Even gave me a discount and yes you can bring your own oil and filter to do it.

Usually have a normal experience here. Today I called ahead to check how busy it was. This man named Regg was so rude and kept hanging up the phone on me. When I showed up he was very rude and yelled at me because I asked him not to speak to me like that and no one deserves that. After I spoke with the manager and was taken care of and this was the man after just watching my service and on his phone.

These guys are thorough. They did a good job on my car.

Often times these places will try to upsell you stuff like windshield wipers, bulbs, and filters. They actually told me I DON'T need to replace the engine filter. Very impressive. They didn't push for the wipers, but did kindly mention I have one bulb out. I told them I have an extra bulb and can easily replace it myself. They were totally okay with that.

The customer service here can be a little rough, but the quality of the work is good and really that's all that matters.

Call me crazy but I still get a little scared driving my car onto that open pit.

Obsessed with this place. They are always so fast and nice. Lowkey don't want anyone to know about this place because there is never a wait lol. I'm honestly not sure what everyone is complaining about in the comments. Everyone was really friendly and efficient.
