Jonathan responded to my voicemail and although they don't build pools, he answered my many questions about what to do if we wanted to purchase a home with a pool- inspections and so forth, about maintenance and the cost of building a pool if we bought a house without a pool. My grandma has been struggling to find a good pool service to maintain her pool. At first on point was really good then things started happening. Her pool sweep needed fixing a basket went missing and needed replacing. The spa wasn't getting cleaned. They stopped coming every week which she pays a high rate every month for the service. Every time she calls she does NOT get a call back. I went out and spoke with the brother and that day the pool was immaculate but then we got an invoice and they way over charged her for a pool sweep vac bag that I found 2 for $15.99 and they charged $48 for one which they ruined by not emptying every week and not enough chemicals now there is an algae problem and me and my daughter can not swim on these hot days and they are still overcharging her. Do NOT recommend at all and wish they would make this right and wash the invoice or refund her some money we've never had an algae problem and quite frankly they are taking advantage of elderly . Now the new over priced bag is ruined with note algae we need help and these people are not doing the job they are over paid for...once I called them they called her right away and are trying to say they came and did not come out because I was here and the job was not complete the algae is worsening and saying my review is premature if it is the pool would be clean a new bag should be replaced for free and the $48 refunded

This company provides excellent customer service. The owner goes above and beyond in taking car of our pool. I don't have to worry about my pool at all which is great. On Point Pools is the best.

I love On Point Pools! Jon and his brother are so very attentive and answer calls or texts with extremely fast care and concern. We've had a couple emergency situations with our pool and they immediately and thoroughly took care of our issues. Their prices are unparalleled and they have consistently gone above and beyond for us. If I could rate them higher I would. I want to thank them and shout their awesome customer service and pool services out for all to hear! If they have openings to accept your business, I'd beg for these guys if I were you, or any of my friends or neighbors, this company is who I highly recommend. Get their services while you can, because it's only a matter of time before they will not be accepting new clients-in my opinion-that's how great they are! This company has become increasingly unreliable. We used this company for 2 years hoping that the service would improve. Sadly it became increasingly unstable. Instead of fixing problems they caused, they became very defensive and made excuses. When the elderly, disabled homeowner sat at a table outside, technician did not want the homeowner to watch as he worked. Found it intimidating. Their work is inconsistent and they failed to complete the services as originally agreed upon.

Me and my man are so happy with our pool! My son will be inviting all his friends over the new home once we fully move in. The last owner did not take care of the pool for a while and it kept getting worse during the purchasing process! I never owned a pool in my life so I wasn't trying to figure it out by myself. I contacted at least 12 pool companies and Jon was affordable, responds quickly, and has a dope beard that reminds me of a bunch of my biker buddies I use to ride with. Helped the company had great reviews too! We are not disappoint and glad I found someone to trust with our home. Definitely recommend Jon at On Point Pools to service anyone's pools!

This pool company is the platinum of all pool companies by far! Jon and his pool crew are extremely knowledgeable and follow through. They're personable & respectful at all times.
I've had to go through a few cleaning services even though I have a brand new build because the builders (Sac Pool's Pros) did such a terrible and incomplete build. They really left me with a lot to clean up in my yard, brand new $352 filters needing to be replaced within one month of going in from NOT know how to do a proper pool start up, basic pool draining not fully piped, spa Piped wrongly to pool and backwards program so that it drains instead of bubbles when turned on.
ALL these problems are being tackled with the utmost professionalism, ONE BY ONE, from On Point Pools. They live up to their name and their prices are absolutely fantastic!

Outstanding and timely service. Pool filter and sweep motor went out within a couple of days of each other. Attempted to get a quote from my pool service and crickets... Hit up Facebook and asked for referrals. Got 4 referrals from trusted freinds. John was extremely timely and had the best quote and Warranty. I highly recommend them!
